This holiday home is a huge 38' x 13' luxury gold caravan. Comprising of a large main bedroom with 'kingsize' bed, twin bedroom, lounge/diner and kitchen. The holiday home has central heating and double glazing throughout.
The bathroom has a large shower, basin and w.c. There are 2 large cupboards for storage and both bedrooms have ample built in wardrobes giving plenty of storage space.
The luxurious suite in the lounge easily converts to a metal folding double bed to enable 6 people to sleep in comfort. The lounge has flat screen TV, freeview box and DVD player.
The kitchen area contains seperate fridge and freezer, microwave oven, gas oven and hob, toaster and kettle. Dining area contains seperate dinig table and chairs. You will also have the use of our many childrens books, games, toys and beach items (inflatable boat, chairs, kite, crab lines, fishing rod, etc.).
The plot boasts large grassed area to both sides of the caravan with seperate exclusive parking place. The elevated plot boasts wonderful views over Exmouth and the sea.
The main entertainment complex is only a few minutes walk from the holiday home and so is the main coastal path walk to either Exmouth or Budleigh Salterton.
