Booking Notes
1. Booking Deposit calculated at 20% of total booking rental cost.
2. Final balance payable two months before your holiday rental arrival date.
3. We accept payment by: Cheque, P.O. Order, Credit Cards and Pay pal.
4. Please note we charge an extra 4% for Pay pal to cover Pay pal fees.
5. A fully refundable £100 security deposit will apply to all bookings.
6. We do not accept stage or part payments for deposits or full payment.
7. All booking deposits are non refundable.
8. Full payments will be refunded if we secure a booking for your rental dates.
9. We charge a small fee of £40 week per pet for owners who would like to bring their pets on holiday with them. We allow only well behaved and house trained pets in our holiday home.

Ocean Views Location
Ocean View is located on a slightly elevated terrace with its own private and gated stepped approach pathway.
We have recently up graded our holiday home with a top of the range Willerby Aspen residential model. The standard of accommodation must be seen and experienced to be fully appreciated.
Outside Deck
Ocean View has a new custom-built raised non slip decking area so that you can take full advantage of our fantastic and unique coastal views!
Our deck is the place to chill out and relax from the strains of to-days modern living. Enjoy the spectacular sea views, the passing steam trains and take in the fresh sea air.
Or maybe you just want to relax with a good book and a glass of wine and let world sail by!
We have patio seating for six, along with a table and sun parasol.
We have also erected a bird table, where you can enjoy the daily visits from a selection of Devon birdlife.
Lounge-Dining-Kitchen
We have recently up graded our holiday home with a top of the range Willerby Aspen Premier residential grade model.
Ocean View is fully furnished and fully equipped following a seaside nautical theme. Our guests now enjoy the full benefits of double glazing, gas central heating, en-suite bedroom, power shower and luxury living!
Ocean View has open plan lounge-dining area has seating for six persons. A Free View 32" Flat Screen HDTV/DVD and a DAB Radio are also supplied to make your stay special. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a snack or a feast!
Bedrooms-Bathrooms
Ocean Views master bedroom: has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. We have also added a second Free View television to the master bedroom. Our main bathroom has a large walk in power shower cubicle.
Ocean Views second bedroom: has two single beds and access to a second bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe storage space.
In addition we also have a large pullout double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to six persons in well-appointed plush surroundings.
Utilities
Ocean View has a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chiller days we have the added benefit of full gas central heating. Further facilities include constant hot water, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle.
We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and bed linen.
Waterside Amenities
We also provide FREE of charge park entertainment passes for our all our guests. Nightly entertainment shows change nightly and run from March to October each season.
Do you fancy a holiday with no cooking? Then why not treat yourself and family. Request a quote for your party on half board meals, eating at the Waterside Smugglers Inn.
Booking Notes
Please note that our caravan is not suitable for wheel chair users due to the steps which lead up to our home from the parking area.
We charge a small fee for owners who would like to bring their pets on holiday with them. We allow only well behaved and house trained pets in our holiday home.
