It has a large, separate shower and toilet.
Twin bedroom with Freeview TV/DVD combi.
Luxury fully fitted,well equipped kitchen with full size gas cooker,Integrated fridge & freezer, combi microwave, toaster and George Foreman grill.
The lounge has electric fire, 37in flat screen colour TV with Sky TV, and DVD player.
Upright Cooling Fan for the summer months.
There is ample storage space,sofa and two side swivel chairs. Patio doors open onto the verandah where there are table and chairs.You can sit,have a drink & enjoy.
There is also a selection of books, DVD's, indoor and outdoor games.
Situated in a quiet part of the award winning Trecco Bay Caravan Park, it is 1 min walk to Newton beach and 3 min walk to the entertainment facilities.
Bookings taken Saturday to Saturday.

Arrivals from 2pm. Departures 10.30am
Gas,Electric,Bed Linen,Tea towels included.There is a hairdryer, hoover and iron There are also electric blankets for use during the colder nights.
Towels are not provided.
