The main bedroom has a double bed, side lockers dressing table and wardrobe. The twin room has two comfortable single beds, which can be moved to make another double, with side locker and wardrobe. The bathroom, which has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and flushing toilet.is next to this bedroom
PRICE INCLUDES:- All bedding (sheets, pillows and cases, duvets and covers) are provided and are fresh and clean on every change over, YOUR GAS, ELECTRIC & HOT WATER/HEATING at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
In the well styled kitchen there is everything you will need for a self catering holiday, including a microwave oven, a good size split cooker, toaster and refrigerator with 4* freezer conpartment, plenty of storage space for your food & all utensils.
The dinning area off the kitchen leads to the lounge where there is a freeview TV, DVD player and a radio with CD and tape player. Here there is a Pullout Sofabed under the seating.
Both doors lead onto verandas that are enclosed or gated, with table and chairs for your use. There are also folding chairs and windbreakers available for you to use at the caravan or on the beach.
Happy Days Leisure holiday park is family orientated with it's two part clubhouse and facilities that include an outside heated fun pool (from June - Sept.), arcades and launderette. Nearby are grocery shops, restaurants, cafe's and other public houses catering for all different taste. It also has a private access from the site to a large and clean beach, AND NOW THE NEW INDOOR SOFT BALL COURT IS AVAILABLE.
The bus services are only yards away from Happy Days Leisure holiday park giving easy access to places like Fantasy Island, Skegness, Butlins, and Mablethorpe along with many more interesting attractions along the Lincolnshire coastline. This means you do not have to use a vehicle to enjoy the area.
