Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
This caravan has the luxury of three bedrooms with lots of storage space. The main bedroom has a double bed with side lockers, dressing tables and wardrobes.
The twin rooms have two single beds in them with comfortable mattresses with side lockers and wardrobes.these can be altered to suit requirements, (please ask)
All bedding (sheets, pillows and cases, duvets and covers) are provided and are fresh and clean on every change over. The only things we do not supply are towels and personal toiletries,( this is on the grounds of heath.)
Next to these, there is the bathroom, this is well equipped with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and flushing toilet and a cabinet for your toiletries.
In the galley style kitchen there is everything you would need for a self catering holiday, including a microwave oven, a good sized split cooker, toaster and a refrigerator with a 4* star freezer compartment. again there is plenty of storage space for your food. all pots & pans, cutlery etc. are included
All your Gas/Elec. Water & heating are included in your price, along with all bed linen.
The dinning area leads us through to the lounge where there is another double Pull out SOFA type bed with matteress, under the seating. Also in the lounge you will find a flat screen TV, with a DVD player and a radio with C/D and tape player boombox with headphones.
Both doors lead onto a full veranda with a gate that has tables and chairs for your comfort. There are also folding chairs and windbreakers available for you to use at the caravan or on the beach.
Happy Days Leisure park is a family orientated site with it's large two part clubhouse and facilities that include an outside heated fun pool, arcades and a launderette along with the indoor sports area.
With access from the site to a large and clean beach, you will find you do not have to use the main road.
Nearby are grocery shops restaurants, cafe's and other public houses catering for all different tastes...Also nearby are fishing lakes and centres.
The bus services are only yards away from the site giving access to places like Fantasy Island, Skegness and Mablethorpe along with many other interesting places along the Lincolnshire coastline, this means you do not have to use a vehicle to get about.
A £70.00 deposit will hold any booking for you.
