Our luxury Willerby Winchester MK3 Outlook 2009, 38ft x 12ft prestige 3 bedroom caravan was purchased new in July. It comfortably sleeps 6 people having one double & two twin bedrooms. Its sited at No.15 Lakeview and is in a prime location overlooking the pitch & put golf course
This caravan has two toilets, in one there is a power shower,wash basin & toilet the second has a toilet & wash basin only.
Please note there is a £100:00 deposit when booking and a further £50:00 BOND when you are handed the keys to your holiday home; This will be returned to you if the caravan is clean & tidy with no breakages.
We will leave you with a small amount of cleaning materials.one twin bedrooms has a 19" LCD TV and DVD combi Newly installed,the children can bring their favorite D V D's to view when they have spent all your money
There is a large comfortable open lounge area with TV, Freeview and DVD. The kitchen holds all mod cons including a new cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer and the essentials of a kettle, crockery and cutlery, 4 slice toaster and an iron with ironing board.
More importantly for those colder nights there is full central heating & double glazing throughout. For the kids the "Funworks" are only a few hundred yards away and comprise of multi-sports court, funfair, crazy golf, outdoor & indoor pools plus many more attractions.
Cleaning is done by the owners and beds made up ready for your arrival. Towels & tea towels are not provided. .
