Additional Info: Our privatly owned and maintained caravan is a WILLERBY 37 VACATION GOLD STANDARED 12ft wide three bedroom holiday home with a secure lockable gated 8 X 20ft timber veranda, a full size double and two twin bedrooms with a fold out 4ft bed in the lounge for occasional use and loads of storage space, heating is via a Gas Fire in the lounge and electric radiators in the bedrooms - a Shaver point and Hair Dryer. The bathroom is of good size with heated towel rail, wide double shower, basin and storage. Separate WC with basin and individual doors to a central hallway.
The kitchen provides for all your cooking needs including a full size domestic 4-burner cooker oven & grill, toaster, microwave, kettle, George Forman grill and all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you need.
Hot water, Gas, and Electricity are inclusive.
All bed linen is provided ie. Duvets, covers, sheets,, pillow cases - but please remember to bring towels and toiletries. The beds are made up for your arrival.
The lounge area has comfortable high back seating, a set dining area, and a digital TV, DVD player DVD's and Play Station 2 with games for your entertainment.
The caravan also has a large veranda with a table & chairs for comfortable out door dining and relaxation.
A vacuum cleaner, iron & iron board, beach chairs,airing rack & various games are included.
We have also include a number of extras to make your stay more like home to home not like the usual empty shell rental caravans.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Par Sands Coastal Holiday Park is situated on the south coast of Cornwall in the picturesque St Austell Bay. The friendly Park is adjacent to a safe sandy beach the whole area is level, ideal for family holiday enjoyment and is close to all local amenities. A nature wild life reserve with Ducks, Geese, Swans and numerous visiting birds is adjacent and makes an ideal evening stroll.
On site is a Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Crazy Golf, Bowling Green, Adventure Play Grounds, Swings, Pool Tables & Table tennis in a small recreation room, Laundrette and a Beach Café shop, for essential groceries, ice cream and beach sundries.
There is not a licensed club or large amusement arcade it is quiet family holiday site.
PLEASE NOTE SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN
The village is a 5min. level walk away and amenities include:- two general stores/off licence, four Take-A-Ways:- Fish & Chips, Chinese, Indian, & Sandwich shop and two Pub/Restaurants, Chemist, Post Office, Hairdressers, etc.
Just two miles from the famous ‘Eden Project’ the Biosphere tropical gardens a Guided tour can be arranged during your stay. Cliff paths to ‘Fowey’ (foy)a quaint estuary town and ’Charlestown’ home port for tall ships and the location of many films, are excellent local places to visit and eat.
The famous fishing port of Mevagissey is six mile away with its narrow streets and restaurants round the picturesque harbour that runs a daily ferry service to ‘Fowey’. The ‘Heligan Lost Gardens’ are also close by and are well worth the day out. Look at www.parcommunity.co.uk
NEWQUAY the surfing capital of Cornwall is just a few miles by car or train on the north coast - the spot if you really want to get wet or just enjoy watching the water sports on the various beaches. A few miles north are the Restaurants of Jamie Oliver and Rick Stein and a little further up the coast is Port Isaac the TV home of Doc Martin.
