3 and 4 day breaks maybe available.
A 25% non-returnable deposit will be required to secure a booking with the final balance due 4 weeks before date booked.There is also a £50.00 security deposit required along with the final balance. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy, as found on arrival, and there are no damages.
The caravan will be available from 3pm on day of arrival (PLEASE NOTE you will pick up the keys from reception and this closes at 5pm) and you will need to vacate the caravan by 11am on the day of departure.

St Osyth is an old picturesque village with interesting shops, Post Office, pubs, fish & chip shop and bakery. Clacton on Sea is a short drive or bus ride away - with all the busy seaside facilities.
