3 bedroom ABI Focus with double glazing and piped gas central heating throughout (no gas bottles to change) situated at Cayton Bay Holiday Park, near Scarborough.
1 double bedroom, plus 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room, and a further foldaway double bed under the settee. All 3 bedrooms will be made ready with fresh clean bedding on arrival.
Shower, toilet and sink with central heated towel rail plus another seperate toilet and sink in the next room.
Modern open plan living room and kitchen with integrated fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, hob with extractor, kettle, toaster, steamer, grilling machine, all clean crockery & cutlery, etc are supplied.
Spacious living room with gas fire and radiators, 37" LCD freeview TV, DVD player, digital radio CD player, 2 very comfortable 3 seater settee's.
A £100 bond secures your prefered booking date, this is returned immediately after the caravan has been checked for any damage. Any damages, breakages, must be paid for.
Caravan has a large veranda with table and chairs and a lockable gate, leading on to a private tarmac drive.
