Privately Owned 3 Bedroom Caravan on 5-star Haven Littlesea Holiday Park. The unit is in fabulous condition and is meticulously kept. Our children really love this site and think of it as a second home! We purchased our caravan in 2009. We would like you to experience this site in our luxury caravan which is offered at bargain prices for 2010.
Has its own private beach that can be seen from our caravan.
3 bedrooms extra wide caravan with 1 with double bed 2 with twin beds. Plus enough room for two in the lounge area.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, 4 slice toaster, sandwich maker,fridge in fact every extra you could possibly want, we have not compromised because of cost.
22" LCD TV with Dvd and freeview and quality sound system. Games for the kids, DVDs to watch and books to read. All provided for your entertainment and free of charge.
Bathroom with shower and seperate toilet.
Gas Fire in lounge and heaters in all bedrooms and bathroom which ensures that you will always feel cosy.
Quality duvets and pillows supplied. Bring your own linen, or for a nominal cost we can offer a welcome pack which includes all linen, bed making and the essential groceries you may require.
Big reductions off Haven prices if you rent privately from us.
No smoking inside the caravan and no pets allowed.

The £50 non refundable deposit secures the week. Balance payable 8 weeks before holiday start.
Very close to the popular windsurfing/kitesurfing area of Portland Harbour perfect for getting as much water time as possible.
Weymouth is a brilliant resort with sandy beaches, clear waters and very close to the famous jurassic coastline.
Haven Littlesea is a 5 Star site and is very well maintained. It has superb heated indoor pool and new for 2010 is a fully heated outdoor pool.
Fully equipped outdoor play area for kids. Softplay and games room with pool tables. Large entertainment venue and bar with extensive programme running for children and adults, great fun for all.
Well stocked shop. Takeaway and great restaurant that caters for every taste, all at a reasonable price. Check out the Sunday Roast! Launderette.
