Holiday Home and Location Details

Seton Sands 4star Holiday Village is situated very close to Edinburgh with excellent roads, a regular bus service and a train station nearby. There is an expansive beach next to the park, and many good walks in the vicinity.

Our 3 bedroom mobile home(sleeps 6) with ample storage is situated on a prime location right next to the main entertainment venue. Parking is available on the veranda. This home has a separate lounge/diner. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need. There is a large flat screen television with Freeview and DVD player in the lounge. Each bedroom and the bathroom, has an electric panel wall mounted heater. There is a built in gas fire in the lounge.

£50 non-refundable booking deposit. The balance needs to be settled 6 weeks prior to your holiday. There is also a £50 damage bond (refundable) and this will be returned to you providing no damage occurs.


Paypal, Bankers Draft, Bank Transfer, Cash or Personal Cheque sent in good time to clear. A receipt and booking confirmation will be sent to you immediately.
