£240 for a 3 night weekend break (Friday to Monday)

£100 non refundable booking fee. Full payment to be paid 6 weeks before holiday.

Passes for the on site facilities are not included in the Caravan hire charge. Please see the lettings office web site for these costs as they vary during the calendar year.

Small friendly family oriented caravan site with 5* facilities

Features of this home from home caravan - Free gas and electricity and quality furnishings, and double gazing throughout.

3 BEDROOMS - 1 double with en-suite toilet, dressing table, and double wardrobe, hairdryer, and 2 twin bedrooms with wardrobes.

Family bathroom with large luxury walk in shower, toilet and basin.

Pillows and duvets are provided bring your own linen and towels (these can be hired directly from Haven)

The kitchen has all facilities you will want including gas cooker, microwave, full integrated fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.

The lounge has a gas fire, flat screen TV with Freeview channels and a DVD payer,

Adjustable Central heating in all rooms and bathrooms..

OUTSIDE FEATURES.
Gas BBQ and outside seating area to the right off the caravan, and parking for 3 cars to the left of the caravan only. Parking to the right of the caravan in not allowed.

This caravan is in a quiet part of the park and only a short walk to all the amenities.

Was looking around and there doesn't seem to be many caravans that are dog friendly. ..so we booked this via the owner as we were taking the dog. On doing further search we found plenty of local dog walks near by such as selsey, bognor the witterings. The actual van was at a quieter location, away from the main site facilities, which is a bonus for me,was nice nutural colours,..spacious,cosy, very comfy beds with all the mod cons, including two toilets...plus dog bed & extra accessories for the them. We didn't use the site main facilities as we shopped before we arrived as planned to be out walking all 3 days..... the local pub is only 10mins walk from site and dog friendly. I recommend this listing.... and hope to come back. Big thank you

This caravan exceeded my expectations of a caravan. It is very well fitted: good regular home size oven and stove. Shower has awesome pressure. Two toilet and basins which is very handy. Well furnished and like new..good fittings and useful blinds(not a curtain fan myself) clean to. It actually had what you need for when you just got off the road and want to crash your head...wake and have a shower. And coffee!

The Caravan was of a high standard, good value for price paid, there was only 2 adults but could sleep more, it was also good to know that my dog was welcomed. The only down side was the cost of passes, charged by Haven £18 each for short break, and they were not used as the entertainment was aimed at children which didn't appeal to us.

Lovely holiday home with all mod cons. Very clean and tidy but a bit disappointed that we were expected to clean to a high standard before leaving. This was not pointed out to us. Other holiday homes we have stayed in send cleanersin before the next party arrive. Also we we not told we could not eat or drink onsite with out paying £18 each for three days. A bit more info would have been useful

Thank you for your helpful comments. I have now added to my advert that I expect guests to leave the caravan clean and tidy although, I don't expect it to be spring cleaned. I will always give information or refer guests to the Haven web site if I'm asked for any other details. As most guests who want to book my caravan know Church Farm Holiday Village I take it for granted that guests are aware that they need to purchase passes to use the park facilities. Check out the prices Haven charge for a weekend in June....

Lovely Caravan, superb location with lots to do, added bonus of the Gas BBQ which was provided by the owner. Pluses for me was the walk in shower and the two bathrooms in the caravan. The caravan was cleaned to a very high standard. Thanks for a great few days will be back.
