A Spacious 3-bedroomed caravan for hire, sleeping up to 6 people situated on Beachside Holiday Park. It is off the main road in & out of the park so safer for children & dogs.
1 Double Bedroom & 2 with two singles in each. All have wardrobes & storage space, bedside units & blown air heating.
A more than fully equipped Kitchen: Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster & cooking equipment. The Lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating, a space saving gate-leg table & stools, Freeview TV & Gas fire. Shower room with Wash Basin. Separate Toilet & Wash Basin.
Both have Storage & Heated Towel rails.
Outside table & chairs provided. Space for 1 car to park alongside caravan, extra car can be parked in the site's main car park a short walk away. Dogs are welcome max of two, an extra charge will apply.
A gated Veranda will shortly be added making a secure outside area for children & Dogs.
Duvets & Pillows provided, please bring your own Bed Linen, Towels & Tea Towels. Although these can provided at extra cost if requested, as can a Travel Cot, Highchair or Safety Gate. The Caravan will be clean and tidy when you arrive, we request you to leave it in the same condition and dispose of any rubbish in the bins nearby.
Bookings: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the hire period. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before, the full amount will be payable at the time of booking.
Care & Respect Payment: A £100 care and respect cheque will be payable 6 weeks before the start of the booking. The balance is then non-refundable. The care and respect bond cheque will be returned to you by post, within 5 working days after the end of your holiday, if no damage or breakages are found or the balance after replacement/repair costs. Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of Deposit/payment
