Caravan Park + Local Area Information

Welcome to our 8 berth Caravan at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Our caravan has double glazing throughout with portable heaters in each room with 24 hour timers.
You will find that our Caravan is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. To maintain our caravan to the best standard possible we do not allow pets or smoking inside the caravan.
Please find below a description of our caravan-
Kitchen area - Fully equipped kitchen including - Iron, Ironing board, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge and Table Top Freezer.
Living/Dining area – 32inch TV with Freeview, DVD Player, Gas Fire and Dining table with chairs.
Bedrooms – 3 Bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. Each bed has duvets and pillows. You will also find that each bedroom has a portable heater. A TV with freeview and hairdryer can be found in the main double bedroom. There is also a comfortable pull out double bed in the living area.
Bathroom – Fully fitted shower room with full size shower, toilet and wash basin.

Gas and Electricity included.
Bedding is not included, you can bring your own or you are able to hire from the on-site hire shop.
You will also find in the caravan a folder containing details of directions and phone numbers for local supermarkets, various takeaways, doctors and hospitals.
Devon Cliffs Caravan Park Facilities
Devon Cliffs boasts an extensive range of facilities that will keep everyone entertain during your holiday.
Swimming Pool – There are 3 pools 1 indoor and 2 outdoor. The indoor pool is a large heated fun pool which has a water play area for the younger ones and to the side of the pool there are 2 water slides for the older ones. Outside you will find a patio area with plenty of seating around the heated pools.
At the pool there are a range of activities that you can book these activities include swimming lessons, water walking and aqua jets*. To book any of these you will need to go to the sports desk which is located outside the pool area.
Whilst on your holiday you may like to take part in learning a particular sport, at Haven there is an assortment of sports coaching available including
Football, Basketball, Archery and Fencing*, again this will need to be booked at the sports desk.
Fun Stars – The team of funstars will entertain your children with various activities throughout the day, Little cubs ages 1-4 and club R&B ages 5-11 can enjoy character breakfasts, funtime shows, sports activities and much more. T-co is for the 12-16 year olds and they can take part in high energy sports or try there hand at being a DJ. A timetable of events is available from the Haven reception.
Entertainment complex – Inside the main complex you will find a large amusement arcade with pool tables, bowling and plenty of games. There is also a soft play area. In here will also find the 2 clubs Bugsy’s and Capones which both provide a full evenings entertainment. If you prefer a quieter evening then head to Sonny Jims where you can have a drink and a bite to eat. Crazy golf* is situated just outside the entertainment complex.
Burger King, Fish and Chips or a pizza from Pappa Johns (who will also deliver to your caravan) are open late if your feeling peckish after the evenings entertainment.
Beach – Devon Cliffs has its own private beach which is located at the bottom off the park, on the beach you will find a café and small shop. In peak season the beach is manned by lifeguards.
Also on the park there is a Shopping Arcade with in store bakery, laundrette, Hire shop, gym, beachcomber bar and Starbucks.
If your feeling worn out after all the activities why don’t you treat yourself in the luxurious spa where you can relax and unwind with one of the many treatments available including facials, pedicures and massages*
* Please note that there is a charge for these activities.
Entertainment Passes
Entertainment passes are required throughout your stay at Devon Cliffs. These are NOT included in the price of your holiday; however you can obtain the holiday passes from Haven reception either on the day or pre-ordered and paid for up to two weeks prior to your holiday start date.
A reduction in price per pass is available for pre-payment. The maximum cost is £98 off peak & £144 peak per caravan for 7 nights. The maximum cost for 3/4 nights is £58.50 off peak & £82.50 . This cost will vary depending on length of stay and season (peak or off peak). A reduction in price is available if less people stay in the caravan.
Example:
2 adults, 2 children peak times would work out cheaper. 2 x £36.00 + 2 x £18.00 = £108.00

Please note – The prices are capped at £144 for a 7 night break in peak season, meaning that if you have 8 Adults using the prices above this would total £296 pounds but you will only pay £144.
