1. A non-refundable £50 Deposit per week booked is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance due to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencement date. * If you wish to book within 6 weeks of holday start date - FULL payment must be paid on booking.
2. The booking price we offer you (dependant on date in season) will automatically INCLUDE all heating costs.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Though our Park is refreshingly quiet enabling you to relax, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool and childrens adventure Park.
NB. You also benefit with FREE ENTRY PASSES to Oakcliff's sister Park = LADYSMILE HOLIDAY PARK just 10 minutes walk from Oakcliff Park. This Park is larger and much more lively with an Indoor Heated Pool with Flume + an Outdoor Heated Pool,Reception with WIFI option, a licenced Club-House with Restaurant, Shop, Takeaway and many more facilities available to you. *** This year (2010) Ladysmile have imposed a £50 charge for replacement "Wrist-band Passes". Whilst we feel this is harsh on their part, we must also request from all our customers a £50 returnable deposit (cheque held) from you on day of arrival. If all wrist-bands are returned safely we return cheque back to you ***
Within 5 minutes walking distance you can enjoy 4 Pubs/Restaurants, a Chinese takeaway, Fish & Chip shop. There is also BUS STOPS just outside our Park with Dawlish Warren TRAIN STATION only three minutes walk from our Park.
Nearby is a GO-KART TRACK,MINI FUN FAIR and AMUSEMENT ARCADE plus DAWLISH WARREN BLUE FLAG BEACH complete with sand-dunes and a local NATURE RESERVE.
There are leisurely COASTAL WALKS to-fro Dawlish + a nearby FERRY takes you to EXMOUTH. A 9 hole GOLF COURSE is also a short walk from our Park. POWDERHAM CASTLE is a great nearby attraction as are the BLACK SWANS at DAWLISH TOWN. Nearby towns to visit are TEIGNMOUTH, NEWTON ABBOT, TORQUAY, PAIGNTON & TOTNES whilst the city of EXETER is only a 20-25 mins car journey away.
We have a great local Supermarket "GERALDS" just 2 minutes from our Park that stocks just about everything you can imagine. It is OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK from EARLY till LATE and is reasonably priced.
