Though our Park is refreshingly quiet enabling you to relax, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool and childrens adventure Park.
NB. You also benefit with FREE ENTRY PASSES to Oakcliff's sister Park = LADYSMILE HOLIDAY PARK just 10 minutes walk from Oakcliff Park. This Park is larger and much more lively with an Indoor Heated Pool with Flume + an Outdoor Heated Pool,Reception with WIFI option, a licenced Club-House with Restaurant, Shop, Takeaway and many more facilities available to you.
Within 5 minutes walking distance you can enjoy 4 Pubs/Restaurants, a Chinese takeaway, Fish & Chip shop. There is also BUS STOPS just outside our Park with Dawlish Warren TRAIN STATION only three minutes walk from our Park.
Nearby is a GO-KART TRACK,MINI FUN FAIR and AMUSEMENT ARCADE plus DAWLISH WARREN BLUE FLAG BEACH complete with sand-dunes and a local NATURE RESERVE.
There are leisurely COASTAL WALKS to-fro Dawlish + a nearby FERRY takes you to EXMOUTH. A 9 hole GOLF COURSE is also a short walk from our Park. POWDERHAM CASTLE is a great nearby attraction as are the BLACK SWANS at DAWLISH TOWN. Nearby towns to visit are TEIGNMOUTH, NEWTON ABBOT, TORQUAY, PAIGNTON & TOTNES whilst the city of EXETER is only a 20-25 mins car journey away.
A newly-opened (Summer 2011) Sainsburys Supermarket is within 5 minutes drive from our Holiday Park.We also have a useful local Supermarket "GERALDS" just 5 mins walk from our Park that stocks just about everything you can imagine. It is OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK from EARLY till LATE and is reasonably priced.

"Owners very approachable and helpful when we phoned with our enuiries before we arrived for our holiday.Graham was helpful showing us round the caravan and telling us about the site and surrounding areas.Caravan very clean and well resourced. "From enquiry to booking and finally arriving @Dawlish Warren Station we received first class attention from Graham.
With 4 adults & 3 kids and loads of luggage the lifts provided by graham to/from station was very welcome indeed.
Caravan fabulous and its positioning right in front of grass and play areaswas perfect to enable to keep an eye on kids and relax on veranadah at same time.Site lovely and peaceful for relaxing. Everything we need in the caravan including games. Weather was glorious all week. Will definately come again and recommend others."

"A lovely clean & very well equipped caravan, equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. We loved all the extras - sun beds, patio table & chairs, milk brad etc .
