As said you can also book online using our secure booking system, pay by PayPal, Card (via PayPal) system, utilizing PayPal will incur a 3.4% surcharge but this is PayPal policy and is out of our control, we are very happy to accept a cheque.
The caravan is of the highest standard and was recently purchased making it still nearly new, it is situated in a cul de sac of just ten caravans on the exclusive new development (GOLF VILLAGE) with lawned feature to the front of the caravan and open fields for the children to play safely in directly behind the caravan, the caravan has a full length decking with lockable gate so young children can play safely, the decking also has high quality table and chairs like one would use in a conservatory.
The caravan has Double Glazing, Gas Central Heating, Mains Gas, Fridge & Freezer, Microwave, Gas Oven with Separate Grill and Hob, Toaster, Kettle, Vacuum Cleaner, Two Toilets, One large Shower, 32" Flat Screen TV with Free View, DVD Player and DVDS to watch, Patio Area, Parking Bay.
The caravan is fully equipped for your catering needs with integrated fridge and freezer, microwave oven, full gas cooker, toaster and kettle, there is also an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer,
Duvets, pillows, towels and tea towels are provided, ALL BEDS ARE MADE UP FOR YOUR ARRIVAL, everything is provided so all you need to do is arrive and unpack your food and clothing and start enjoying your holiday, we have a buggy, changing mat and high chair for young children/babies.
Gas and electricity is included in the hire charge. Passes for the entertainment complex can be purchased from the reception.
The caravan is let on a strictly no smoking basis and we regret that pets are not allowed. We are unable to accept bookings from single sex groups (Same sex couples are ok); the main person who is renting the caravan should be over 25 years of age.
The caravan is in excellent condition, to maintain this we ask for a £50 security deposit which is returned to you within 48 hours of your holiday, provided that the caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay.

General comments:
As an ex-hotel inspector, and also many many years experience of hiring static caravans, I can truly say this is the most exceptional and enjoyable experience ever. The (new) van is sited in a secluded close with beautiful views to the rear. The full length balcony with locking gate, allows young children a safe area to play and incorporates a seating area towards the rear with comfortable chairs, sofa and table. The living and sleeping areas are as comforable as you can get as the van is extra wide at 12'.
When you step into the interior there is a definate "wow" factor, but this does not deter from the practicality and funtionality of the interior space. Anyone hiring this van, or dealing with the owners will not be dissapointed.

Had a 4 night break and is without doubt the best caravan we have rented at Lakeland. The interior is beautiful and clean with all the conveniences of home. The location is excellent, only 2 minutes from the centre of the site whilst also being secluded. Highly recommended for everyone."
