Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
A stone’s throw from Great Yarmouth, Caister Holiday Park offers all you could want from a caravan holiday. Direct beach access, well-organised activities and fantastic daytime shows – a must for all the family.
You are able to access Caister's Beach directly from the Park, it is wide and sandy and one of Great Yarmouth's most beautiful and unspoilt.
The Mash & Barrel situated on Caister Holiday Park has a smart and contemporary feel. There's a big bar area, an all-day menu serves snacks and family meals.
A wide range of sports facilities are available for all the family to enjoy. The Heated Indoor Fun Pool with Flume, Slide and Bubble Pool is manned at all times by Lifeguards.
The on-site Convenience Store offers a good range of fresh and packaged food easy and convenient for Self-Catering families. This includes Off Licence and Bakery where bread is baked fresh every day.
Local amenities include several shops including a co-op store and a large Tesco supermarket within 2 miles of Caister Holiday Park There is also a fuel filling station within 3 miles of the site. Plenty of local pubs serve good food in Caister and the surrounding villages.
Visit Great Yarmouth and enjoy the Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre and more. The Norfolk Broads are also worth a visit. Hire a boat or enjoy a walk as an alternative to the beach. If you are an angler, the Broads provide great sport.
My caravan has a spacious lounge/dining area with TV, gas fire and large corner sofa which can be made into a double bed. The kitchen has electric oven and gas hobs, included is a fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils to make it a little home-from-home!
There are 3 bedrooms all with masses of storage space. The master bedroom has double bed, the twin room has 2 single beds and the children’s room with bunk beds and writing desk. The caravan also has a bathroom with shower cubicle and wash basin.
Hot water, gas and electricity are provided at no extra cost and all you’ll need to bring with you will be your bed linen. Additional blankets, heaters and travel cots are available for hire from Haven on the site but can be taken with you to avoid extra costs.
The prices do not include entertainment passes and will follow seasonal demand but I shall typically charge up to £100 less than Haven's website. Prices available on request, contact me for booking enquiries.

"We found the caravan very spacious comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the bathroom has got all that we needed.
Caister is easy to get around, it is right on the beach with a lot of its own indoor and outdoor activities close together. The swimming pool is a favourite! The children really enjoyed the daytime clubs as well as the evening shows. There are pubs/clubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops on site. Also a good choice off site including nearby supermarkets.
Great Yarmouth is easy to get to with buses from inside the site or from just outside the site entrance. There are lots of places nearby to have fun and explore. All made a great holiday!
