Each caravan also has wireless Internet facility, DVD and satellite TV. The site is situated within the private grounds of Strichen House with landscaped gardens, pond and paddocks stocked with sheep and llamas. Strichen House is within 1 mile of the historic 18th century planned village of Strichen on the banks of the river Ugie. The village boasts a beautiful award winning park with walks and lake, There are also 2 shops, butcher, chemist and several pubs serving fine ales and food. The nearby fishing town of Fraserburgh is within 10 miles and the larger town of Peterhead is within 17 miles. We are located on the the Formartine and Buchan Way which boast 53 Miles of public walkways ideal for walking and cycling.
