Main Description
This brand new December 2013 caravan is situated on Berwick Holiday Park, it features an L shaped lounge seating area, which contains a pull-out bed, and hosts a gas fire. In the kitchen there is a 4 burner cooker with a separate grill, matching cutlery and facilities, including a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave and halogen oven. There is a small dinette area with table to seat 6. The lounge also has a 32" Free-view TV with built-in DVD player.

There is space to sleep 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and a pull-out lounge bed. The master bedroom has en-suite and also features plenty of storage and wardrobe space. The second is a double room with twin beds. Both bedrooms contain a Free-view TV with built-in DVD player. There are fitted blinds in every room.

The bathroom contains a shower cubicle, sink and wc. There is also storage space for toiletries. The caravan has heat plates in the bedrooms and bathroom, there is also a gas fire in the living room, plus an optional electric heater if required.

The caravan will come with extra bedding and soft furnishings, an iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a table with chairs to create an outdoor seating area if required.
