ABI ALLERTON, 2 BEDROOM PLATINUM RATED CARAVAN FOR HIRE - PARK RESORTS CAYTON BAY

SORRY NO PETS / NO SMOKING WITHIN THE CARAVAN
The caravan has a sealed lounge which has a 3 seater and 2 seater free standing sofa's with a flat screen tv, leading to kitchen area which is also closed off from rest of caravan this then leads to toilet / shower room, 1 x bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 x double bedroom with built in tv and freeview with own toliet and wash basin.
The caravan ideally sleep 4 people but the 2 seater settee in the lounge does turn into a bed if required. The caravan if fitted with a sky box and dish, you will be able to view the free channels but if you have sky at home you can bring your own viewing card and have the same channels you have at home.
The caravan is fully equiped including washer/dryer central heating and double glazed, there is a veranda fitted around the caravan which is ideal for summer evenings sat out with a drink and total relaxation.

There would be a £100 bond to be charged before the start of the holiday, this will be refunded in full once the caravan has been inspected and found to be damage free and left in a clean and tidy manner as per the start of you holiday.
Families & Couples only: No Single Parties Allowed. The person who Hires the Holiday home must be 21yrs also are fully responsible of any damage or breakages. No overnight stayers or extra person's not registered on the booking form. Please note all Vistitors must obide to all Rules. If at any point of the holiday the above has not been followed this will lead to the holiday booking being terminated and no refund will be issued.
All bedding is included you will need to bring your own towels
