Hi we have a LUXURY two bed (6 berth) Willerby Bermuda static caravan to rent, FULLY CENTRAL HEATED with a radiator in every room.
DOUBLE GLAZED ( Hence the price band, be aware that without this caravans can become cold and damp) with heating like this we have no problems at all with cold or damp.
The caravan is IMMACULATE THROUGHOUT with all NEW BEDDING and UTENSILS.
Situated on a quiet corner of Hopton Holiday Village near to the GOLF COURSE and just a short walk to the HALF A MILE OF SANDY BEACH, with breathtaking scenery.
We have a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE next to the caravan, a SUPER GENEROUS SIZED PLOT WITH AMPLE SPACE BETWEEN CARAVANS NO VANS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OR TO REAR.
The caravan has an en-suite toilet to the master bedroom, and a twin room. It also has a separate bathroom with shower.
The lounge has a large sofa to seat 8, with a pull out double sofa bed. and a dining area, lounge contains a gas fire, flat screen TV with FREEVIEW AND DVD PLAYER with a selection of DVDS.
The kitchen is fully fitted with new microwave, large fridge freezer, gas oven, toaster, kettle, and all new utensils, new plates etc. Also an iron and board.
Quilts and pillows provided (new) you need to bring bottom sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers,and towels.
FREE GAS and ELECTRICITY.
OUTSIDE ,LARGE PAVED PATIO AREA WITH BENCH TABLE, SUN BROLLY AND 6 GARDEN CHAIRS ,IDEAL FOR THOSE LAZY SUNNY DAYS.
Entertainment passes can be bought at reception we do not include these as some families do not require them, allowing us to keep the prices down.
Hopton Holiday Village has plenty of amusements, fun clubs and pools, both indoor and outdoor with slides.
It also has a sauna and a 9 hole golf course and tennis courts actually much more just too many to mention.
A wide selection of entertainment venues and eateries/bars inc pizza delivery to your caravan.
A non refundable deposit of £50.00p is required to hold any weeks (if not received by one week after booking we may cancel and allow further bookings for that week). Balance is due by 5 weeks prior to departure to allow to clear (you may pay by installments if you wish).
In addition to final holiday price a £50.00p security bond is needed on a separate cheque, which we will return to you once the caravan has been checked for any damage or losses. Providing all left clean and tidy your money will be returned. This sounds fussy but is the only way we can ensure that the caravan is clean and nice condition for our next customer so we all benefit.
