Caravan Park + Local Area Information

I am located on the area of the site which was previously Peppermint Park but it is now joined with Golden Sands. You can use the facilities at Golden Sands and also Dawlish Sands. I am a beautiful top of the range caravan. I have 3 bedrooms one double and two twin and a further sleeping area can be converted in the lounge.There is a nice size shower and toilet and a further separate toilet for your convenience. I have a large wide-screen TV with DVD player for you to enjoy.
My kitchen has all the mod cons which include large fridge and large freezer, microwave, toaster should you wish to entertain at home but there is also nice restaurants and pubs to choose from in the local area should you wish to have a lazy day.
There is a lovely blue flag beach which is about 5 min away. There are shops and a pharmacy close by. The surrounding areas have so much to offer, Powderham castle, Paignton zoo, Torquay Harbour to name but a few. Why not take advantage of the railway station which is with in a 10 min walk away and is a lovely way to see the surrounding area in both directions.
All I ask is you look after me and treat me like you would your own home, bring your own bed linen and towels. A deposit of 50.00 will secure your booking (email is best) with full payment required 6 weeks before your arrival date
