Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
A 12 foot wide 8 berth caravan in fantastic condition and all the equipment needed to make a real home from home experience. A large 8ftx24 decking fitted with patio furntiture and chairs.
The plot has its own secluded back garden space for the children to play and there are outside toys stored under the beds you are welcome to use.
We have tefal non stick frying pans to make sure you really can have a traditional cooked breakfast without having to scrape the egg from the pan LOL.
A well cared for and very much loved family caravan located in a nice spot with all day sun and close enough to enjoy the on-site facilities but far enough away to not have the noise
There is a large wrap around seating area which seats 8 comfortably. Full dining table with wrap around seating and 2 stools
Gas fire in the lounge
There are 3 bedrooms a full size double bed and two sets of twin beds in other rooms. The lounge has a fold out double bed.
There is an under counter fridge and a tabletop freezer.
Everything you could need to cook and eat all good quality and plenty of it.
We only let out to families and trust you will care for it as much as we do to ensure all our visitors have as enjoyable experience as you do staying at our much loved home from home.
Bultins require you to have a pass to access the facilities, we include four passes (2 adults and 2 children) in our hire price and can purchase extra passes for any more guests at £29 per adult and £19 per child.
A £50 deposit is added to the hire price as a cleaning and damage deposit. This is refunded once the caravan has been inspected as being left in a clean and undamaged state. We understand their may be little accidents and the breaking of a plate or glass is not a worry but please let us know so we can provided replacements.
We require a £50 none refundable deposit to secure a booking and the balance is due four weeks before the holiday is due to start.
