Caravan
Our caravan is well equipped with all mod cons including 26" Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and a range of DVDs, Radio, Microwave, Hairdryer, Patio furniture, etc.
It has a spacious comfortable living room with seating for 8. The dining area has seating for 4-6. The Kitchen features a Microwave, 4 ring Gas Hob with Oven and a fridge with ice box.
All crockery, cutlery and basic cooking utensils are provided for a maximum of 8 people. The Caravan sleeps up to 8 persons. It has three bedrooms 1 Double and 2 Twin and also an area in the lounge which converts into another double bed. Shower room with sink, Separate WC.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, bed linen is NOT provided and the hirer needs to bring their own bed linen as appropriate. Bed linen can be hired on site if needed.
We do not include entertainment passes in our hirer price. These should be purchased from reception in advance of your stay.
Our caravan now has a FULL central heating system plus gas fire in lounge.
The caravan is located in a cul-de-sac just a short stroll from the main entertainment complex, Ham Common and the private Beach with a water activities centre.
Nearby is Hamworthy Lake which is excellent for coarse fishing. We have a slabbed run in for cars and a patio area with a picnic bench seat,.
Rockley Park
Amenities at Rockley are numerous and include New Ropes Course & Climbing Wall, superb heated indoor pool, Solarium, Sun Zone & Activities Programme. There is an all weather Outdoor Bowling Green and Tennis Courts.
Paws Club for 1-4 year olds, and Rory & Bradley Bear club for children up to 11 years, 12-16 year olds have a fun packed indoor & outdoor programme inc. Sport and music, family fun time shows.
Show Bar is the main entertainment venue with first class cabaret, comedy and live music. Fantastic performances with visiting cabaret and shows, Relax in the mash & barrel bar with satellite T.V. For the children there is an Amusement Arcade area.
Heated Outdoor Swimming pool with sun deck, childrens pool and play area. All pools have life guards in attendance. Private beach from which all types of water sports operate including sailing school, Windsurfing, Boating and Fishing.
Shopping parade includes Mini market, Bakery gift shop Launderette, Hire Shop and Off-License.
Luxury Spa Complex, professional massages and manicures in an authentic luxury Spa Complex, It offers a full range of leading therapies and natural treatments to help soothe away your everyday stresses.
The Outdoor Pool area received an extensive makeover in 2010, with the creation of an upper terrace overlooking the facility, as well as an impressive tower and flume slide linking the Indoor and Outdoor pools. The Indoor Pool will also host a new Toddlers Funpool, the perfect facility to keep the little ones amused.
The existing Cafe Bar underwent a major refurbishment programme to make it into a Mash & Barrel Bar and Restaurant, complete with an increased kitchen area to improve food service delivery.
