Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
The caravan is only a two minute walk from the main complex and the children's play ground and a 5 minute walk to the fun fair and boating lake.
We have a luxury caravan which sleeps 6, three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. The lounge area has ample seating and under seat storage, dining table with stools. A flat screen Digital TV/DVD , Radio/CD player and various cupboards for storage.
Kitchen - comes fully equipped with built in oven/hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing board, hoover and all crockery, pots and pans.
Bathroom - shower cubical with constant hot water, toilet and wash basin with under storage unit.
Bedrooms - master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, overhead storage & a standing heater. Twin rooms have two beds, single wardrobe and separate shelving. All rooms are provided with pillows & quilts, but could you bring your own linen (or linen can be purchased separately at a premium).
All gas, electricity and water are included in the price.
The entertainment passes are NOT INCLUDED but these can be purchased from the Primrose Valley reception area if required. Some of our hirer's do not want passes so this method is fair to all.
For the safety of our guests the caravan is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and all windows in each room open.
Please note: Smoking & Pets are strictly forbidden.
Occupancy is from Saturday to Saturday weekly, can do mid week, Monday - Friday but only in low season.
Departure is by 10.00am and arrival after 3pm please.
Please remember to reserve your dates to avoid disappointment, all you need to pay is a £50 non refundable deposit. Full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
