The caravan is in a sunny position on Kiln Park near to grocery and gift shop and amusements. It is a few minutes short walk (via footpath) to South Beach and to Castle Beach and Tenby town (via paved walkway).
The lounge has net curtains or blinds (and window curtains) throughout for privacy. There is ample fixed seating on 2 sides of the van, under large windows. Part of the seating lets down into a sofa bed if required and extra storage. TV with Freeview/DVD, gas fire, carbon monoxide monitor, and 2 double storage/display cupboards on wall. Large dining table and stools. Door to outside.
The kitchen has a gas cooker full size 4 ring gas oven/grill (manual ignition - gas wand provided). Also contains fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutting board, cutlery, 3 saucepans, frying pan, pyrex and fruit bowls, large plastic bowl and jug. Place settings for 8 people including dinner and side plates, cups, bowls, salt/pepper, egg cups, glasses, wine glasses, glass jug.
There is also a teapot and sugar bowl. Storage cupboards, shelves, drawer with tin opener/corkscrew. Smoke alarm.
Bathroom has shower, wash hand basin with bathroom cabinet/mirror over, toilet, toilet brush, waste bin, window blind.
Bedroom 1 has double bed with headboard and shelves above, double wardrobe with hangers, dressing table with integral hairdryer, power point. Double duvet, 2 pillows provided. Extra double duvet and 2 pillows, for sofa bed in lounge, in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has single bed with shelves above plus bunk bed above desk. Wardrobe includes deep shelves, shoe storage and coat hangers. 2 single duvets and pillows provided. Power point, large mirror.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds with duvets and pillows. (Storage underneath for luggage, shoes etc.) Integral hanging wardrobe with hangers. Shelves anad double cupboard with extra shelves. Power point, large mirror.
Hall. Door to outside. Cupboard housing boiler, sweeping brush,mop etc. clothes dryer (hooks onto outside of caravan via kitchen window. Pegs provided
Guests to bring: Bottom sheets, pillowslips, duvet covers (2 double, 4 single), bath, hand and kitchen towels, toilet paper, washing up liquid, soap, matches.
How to pay:
Early in season: 25% deposit (non returnable) by cheque or bank transfer secures firm reservation. Balance of money 4 weeks before holiday start date. Receipts sent together with Key Release Form which is handed in at Kiln Park Reception on your arrival. For late bookings whole amount payable by arrangement.
Prices do not include FUNWORKS PASSES which can be purchased directly from Kiln Park reception.
