This is an exceptionally well kept caravan, which offers many extras such as a 32x12 decking area, which leads onto a well maintained secluded grassed area, for your further enjoyment.

The luxury decking has a 6 place Winchester Collection table and chairs for your Alfresco outside dining, whether it be on the decking or the grassed area, after which you can relax on the cushioned 1x2 seat and 2x1 seats, coffee table & stool, enjoying the late evening sunset.

The caravan has gas central heating, 3 bedrooms, double glazed. The bedrooms are neat, which offers a larger lounge area for you to relax. (After all you are on holiday.) It has a shower and toilet, well equipped kitchen, gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, freezer, washing machine, clothes line.

The lounge has a gas fire or electric oil filled heater (your choice)

A 32in Flat Screen SKY TV/DVD

Gas and Electric is included in the price along with all bedding, tea towels, hairdryer, iron and hoover. Towels not supplied.

Drying facilities should you need it, are available on the camp 3 mins away for a small charge.

A quiet and secluded plot area of Trecco Bay Award Winning Caravan Park. Close to beaches 1 min and 2 mins away. 3 minutes to the centre and entertainment facilities.

SPECIAL REQUEST:
It will be expected all persons who wish to use the caravan MUST have respect for the CARAVAN and OTHER RESIDENTS AT "ALL TIMES". Thank you and we hope your stay will be a memorable one and hope to see you back next year.

Arrivals from 3pm - Departures 11am.

This is a NON SMOKING caravan.

Deposit of £100 (non-refundable) payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of holiday.
Bond of £75 required, payable with final balance, and will be returned at the end of your stay. Passes are not included. these are avaiable from reception £10 per pass per person per week.
