The lounge area is bright and spacious and is equiped with a flat screen TV with freeview and a DVD player. The fully equiped kitchen area includes a full size gas cooker, microwave and fridge and if needed an iron and ironing board.
The sleeping areas comprise of one double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and two twin rooms. There is a toilet and wash basin and a seperate double shower room with a further washbasin.
Outside there is a large wooden decking area with table a chairs and parasol to relax. There is also parking for your car next to the van.
About 100 yards away the coastal path will take you on walks to either Sidmouth or Budleigh Salterton. The private and scenic Ladram Bay beach (mainly pebble) is just a few minutes walk away.
Ladram Bay is a diamond award winning site with all the ingredients and entertainment for a great family holiday.
Gas and electric are incuded in the price. Duvets and pillows are included but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. There is a high chair for use by little ones. |
