Main Description
The Leisure Home is fully insulated & double glazed throughout, gas central heating with radiators in all rooms, and comes fully equipped with everything you will need. The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with double bed, walk in wardrobe & storage & an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two also has a double bed and comes with double wardrobe & built in storage, with a single bed available to use in the living room if needed. The main bathrom is equipped with a large shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The large comfortable lounge has a three piece suits, flat screen TV, SKY freeview, DVD player and patio doors leading to the large decking area with table and chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, gas hob & full size oven, built in fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle and comes complete with crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. The adjacent dining area has a dining table & chairs.

Quality bed linen and towels are provided. A lockable shed is also provided for bike/ski storage etc.

Boat of Garten (the osprey Village) is located on the famous River Spey in the heart of the Ciarngorms between Aviemore and Grantown on Spey. The village has numerous amenities including The Village Shop & Post Office, Anderson's Restaurant,1896 Gallery & Coffee shop and Dows The shop in BOG - a grocery store on-site at the Park.

Ideally located for a large variety of outdoor pursuits through all seasons - including Skiing/Snowbaording, Mountain biking and Walking.

The Strathspey Steam railway is located in the Village, along with the Boat of Garten Golf Club and children are well catered for at the Landmark Forest Adventure Park at nearby Carrbridge.

Aviemore with its shops, cafes, restaurants and bars is located just 6 miles away by road or by walking through the forest along the Speyside Way, and from here you can access the Mountains and Ski slopes.

Bookings can be made for short or long breaks (3 nights minimum). Gas & Electricity are included in the price. Occupancy is restricted to a maximum of 4.
Check in is normally 4pm and check out 11am.

Had a great stay here. Booking process was straightforward, the owner kept in touch and was extremely helpful. The home had everything we could have needed, in fact my children wanted to move in. Lovely and warm which in October was a godsend! Gave us a really homely base for a cracking family break.
