Deposit and Cleaning & Damages Deposit
A cheque of £100 is required at the time of booking. This must be received within 14 days of provisional booking. The cheque includes a £50 non-refundable deposit and a £50 Cleaning & Damages Deposit. This is refunded within 2 weeks of holiday end and after caravan has been checked for cleanliness or damage. Anything found will be reported to you and the deposit or a proportion of the deposit held.
If no deposit or contact is made within 21 days provisional booking will be cancelled and caravan re-let.
Once booking form and deposit are received a confirmation letter and invoice showing details of booking and remaining balance will be sent to you. Please check this carefully as changes could be subject to charge.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information

We are pleased to offer our Atlas Sahara 35 x 10 3 bedroom , 8 berth caravan for holiday lets at the Haven – Caister on Sea site. Our Caravan is situated a stones throw away from the lovely sand dunes and large beach, it is also sited just 3 pitches away from the swimming pool.
The Atlas Sahara has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, and a double pull out bed in the lounge area, so can accommodate 8 people. It offers spacious living and seating area’s. It has a shower room and separate w.c. It offers electric wall heaters to two of the bedrooms, Shower room and a gas fire in the main living area.
For your enjoyment we have supplied a T.V with freeview and dvd facilities, all kitchen ware including microwave toaster and gas double oven. Quilts and pillows are supplied, however you will need to supply sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
Haven offers a variety of entertainment for various ages . You will need to purchase funworks passes for this and these are not included in the price of your holiday let. We can however supply details of these and supply the forms when taking a booking.
