Caravan Park + Local Area Information

This caravan is equipped to the highest of standards with a fully equipped kitchen complete with gas oven/hob, crockery and cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with ice box. An ironing board and iron is also included along with a vacuum cleaner. A travel cot and high chair is also available, along with a bed guard at no extra cost.

The lounge accomodates a 19" flatscreen tv/dvd combi with freesat and a cd/radio. There is also a range of dvds, books and childrens toys available to keep the little ones entertained for when your not using the many facilities on offer by Primrose Valley.

Consisting of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms duvets and pillows are provided along with bed linen. Beds are made up your on arrival. Guests will need to bring their own towels and tea towels.

This caravan has the added luxury of double glazing and central heating throughout. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.

A fire extinguisher and smoke alarm has been fitted for your safety.

This caravan is a non smoking caravan and no pets are allowed.

A parking space is provided directly in front of the caravan.

Same sex groups are permitted at the owners discretion.

Short breaks may be available, ie friday to monday or monday to friday,unfortunately due to demand this may not be possible in july or august

Check in is from 2.00pm and check out by 11.00am

A £50 non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking to secure holiday otherwise the holiday maybe re-advertised, however a flexible payment plan is available but full balance must be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to arrival of holiday.

You may if you wish pay in full for your holiday, however should you cancel 3 months prior to holiday a refund less the deposit will be given providing the week/s are re-booked.

Please note that all breakages and damage must be reported to ourselves and any breakages must be paid for.

Prices do not include passes but these can be purchased directly from Primrose Valley on arrival.

Bookings are now being taken for 2012 season.
