Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Our caravan is a 39x12 Luxury Atlas Mayfair Super and is classed as Prestige. It has double glazing and is central heated throughout. It is fully alarmed and has a large decked verandah with gas barbeque and patio table and 6 chairs. There is a space for parking next to the van. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near the beach and small fishing lake.
It has 2 bedrooms furnished to the highest standards. The master bedroom contains king size bed and is spacious and light with en suite bathroom containing bath shower and wc. there are fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing table.There is also a 22: TV AND DVD PLAYER, shaver points and hairdryer.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be pulled together if preferred, small wardrobe and cupboard space. A tv and ps2 is also included to keep the kids happy on a rainy day. Situated next to this bedroom is a second bathroom with toilet and shower.
The fully fitted kitchen has every thing you need including microwave, kettle, toaster, toasty maker and lots of other extras including iron and ironing board and hoover. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools.
There is a microwave steam sterilizer provided should you have a child under 1 and a travel cot, fold away chair and bed guard for your use.
The cosy living area has 2 comfy couches with a dining table situated next to the french doors on the front. There is also a brand new 42inch plasma freeview TV, DVD player, Micro system with i pod docking station and a small selection of games to keep the kids happy on rainy days. There is also a small selection of dvds, books and games should you fancy a night in.
There is a supply of bedding available in the caravan if you cant bring your own, but if you do use them they need to be washed and dried in the near by launderette before departure please as i am unable to travel down every week to deliver fresh ones. Quilts and pillows are supplied.
Passes are NOT included in the price but can be purchased at reception.
Gas and electricity is included in the price of the holiday.
We do not accept groups of under 25s. sorry ( park rules)
We do accept weekend breaks or Mon-Fri off peak please ring for availability. The calender shows weekly prices, we are quite flexible so do ring if you have any other dates in mind and we will try are best to accomaodate you.
