Welcome to our modern static caravan which has two bedrooms and is situated on Happy Days Leisure, Chapel St Leonards.
we very much hope that you will like it.
The master bedroom has a double bed, large robes and plenty of cupboards and storage space plus a vanity unit with mirror and light. The second bedroom is a twin room which has two single beds a large walk in robe and over bed storage.
Our bathroom containes a large shower cubicle with a glass door, a wash basin with mirror and a flushing toilet and can be accesed either from the hallway or en-suite from the master bedroom.
Our well equipped kitchen has a full size gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, kettles (electric and gas), toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils that you will need.
The spacious lounge has two very comfortable sofa's, a gas fire, for extra heating a halogen electric heater is also provided. For your entertainment there is a 21inch colour TV with freeview and DVD player, also for those not so good days there are some games, cards, dominoes etc.
The caravan has smoke alarms fitted throughout and a carbon monoxide detector is also fitted.For the 2011 season this caravan has been fitted with new carpets throughout. Outside there is a large verandah complete with garden chairs for you to relax and soak up the sun.
Our modern static caravans are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. Happy Days is a very well run park and has been owned by the Stewart family for over fifty years. On-site there is a pub, club, launderette,indoor games room, arcade and outdoor fun pool.
A five minute walk from Happy Days Leisure is the sea and miles of sandy beeches. Close by are many shops, bars, resteraunts. Through Chapel runs a very good bus service to places such as Skegness, Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells or Boston.
Nearby there are fishing lakes or other places to visit include Hardy's Animal Farm, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Fantasy Island with its market or Skegness stadium. A £70 deposit will secure your booking.
