FOUR BEDROOM - 10/12 BERTH CARAVAN
This privately owned 37ft static caravan is 12 foot wide and will provide excellent accommodation for a larger group of people or two small families wanting to share one caravan. Fully equipped with modern facilities including including Digital Multi Channel TV, DVD Player, Radio/CD player, and various games, puzzles and jigsaws.
Bedroom One - double bed, with underbed storage. Double wardrobe, over bed storage, bedside tables, bedside light switch. Electric wall heater.
Bedroom Two - Triple room with two single beds which can be used either as twin beds or they can be pushed together to make another double bed and one pull down bunk bed (suitable for child up to 6yrs of age only). One single wardrobe, bedside table. Underbed storage.Electric wall heater.
Bedroom Three - double bed, with underbed storage. Wardrobe, bedside table, over bed storage, bedside light switch. Electric wall heater.

Lounge area - Large corner seating area, which pulls out to a further double bed. Cushions, Gas fire, colour television, radio/CD player, games, puzzles and books.
Dining Area - Dining table seats 6 comfortably, with table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen - has all the essential facilities as standard including fridge (with small freezer compartment), gas hob & oven, microwave oven, electric toaster, cooking equipment, plus enough cutlery and crockery for 12 persons.
The caravan has been newly carpeted throughout, with Lino in kitchen area, shower room and toilet.
Internet Access - For those of you requiring internet access metered Wi-Fi is available in the caravan and there is free Wi-Fi access in the Club House.
Use of gas & electric is included within the cost of your holiday.
2 Double & 6 single quilts plus 10 pillows are provided in the bedrooms, guests need only bring quilt covers, bottom sheets and pillow cases.
•A Security Deposit will be required
•Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the caravan. Additional cleaning costs will be incurred if found to be the case.
•4pm arrival time, 10am departure time.
•Park Passes can be purchased from reception for a small fee, these will allow you access to many of the Parks facilities.
•Bedding bales are available at extra cost and consist of duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets, if these are required please make sure you advise us on booking. The beds will be made up for you on your arrival - please ask for more details.
•A complimentary welcome pack of essential groceries will be left for your arrival.
The kitchen has all the essentials needed. Some cleaning products will be left for your use but please bring your own tea towels, and dish cloths.
Duvets and pillows are provided, you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. Alternatively you can hire these from us for a small charge and your beds will be made up for you on your arrival.
A 20% (or £50 whichever is the larger) non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the booking date along with a £100.00 Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy, as found on arrival, and there are no damages.
The caravan will be available from 4pm on day of arrival, and on day of departure you should vacate the caravan no later than 10am.
Clacton-on-sea is a very popular seaside town and is the capital of the 'Essex Sunshine Coast'. The pier offers many types of entertainment including rides and games and has a cafe.
Why not walk around the beautiful cliff top gardens or along the long sand and shingle beach, or enjoy an evening out at the Princes Theatre or the West Cliff Theatre which have wonderful shows and attract top show business names. There is also the annual two day air show and carnival.
The town centre has a range of shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Whilst the nearby Clacton Factory Outlet is a must, with shops offering discounts of up to 60% on high street prices. |
