The reference to same sex groups applies to groups of 3 or more persons of the same sex.

In the vast majority of cases the advertisers on have to follow the holiday park rules set by Haven, ParkResorts, etc. Most of the holiday parks in the UK do not allow single sex parties to occupy a single caravan.

This rule does not prevent same sex couples from hiring a caravan. Also some discretion may be given in certain circumstances such as a Grandmother, Mother and Daughter wishing to holiday together.

If you are in any doubt please tell the person advertising the caravan about your circumstances and they should be able to give you clarification on your individual circumstance.

For short notice bookings payment is required in full immediately.

We ask all holiday-makers for a £75 bond which is refundable within 14 days of holiday ending providing no damage has been caused, all inventory is fully accountable and no excess cleaning required.

Our Caravan Is An ABI Arizona, It Has 3 Bedrooms And Will Sleep 6 People Comfortably.

Complete with Double Glazing & Underfloor Insulation as well as Heating in Every Room!
A lovely 3 bedroom caravan in a great location..

Close enough to the breathtaking views from the cliffs and only a short walk to the amusement complex.

There is a Double Bedroom, Twin Single Beds & Off-Set bunks!

Kitchen has everything you need including Oven, Hob, Fridge with Freezer compartment, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave Oven etc.

The lounge has a gas fire, A digital TV with Free-view, DVD Player with a selection of DVDs.

The Seating area is plentiful covering two sides of the caravan and a decent size dining table.

To ensure your safety we have a Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Alarm & Carbon-Monoxide Detector all present & tested.

The only things you need to bring is toweling, Slippers & Yourselves!

Bedding is included in the price & beds made up whenever possible.

Gas, Electricity & Water are ALL Included!!

This is also our holiday home so we ask you humbly to please bare this in mind and treat the caravan with respect, Thank You.

Small well behaved dogs are welcome for a small charge of £20 per dog per week but are restricted to the living area, passage and kitchen to eat/drink (bowls provided).

Dogs are NOT allowed in any bedroom or on the sofa`s. Common sense presides, please keep the caravan clean, don`t let your pets on the beds or sofa`s and ensure to keep them on lead/s at all times when outside and don`t forget to clean up after them.

There is a good size field where dogs can have a good run around and doggie waste bins allocated along the outer perimeter. Do not let your pet foul in the caravan under no circumstance.

It is your responsibility to read park rules to ensure your dog is permitted on the park, Thank you.

There is a large area where your dog can exercise and some lovely walks along the beautiful cliffs.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside the caravan.

Please ensure to keep the surrounding area of the caravan clean at all times.

Entertainment passes ARE NOT included in the hire of the Caravan.

If you are intending to use any of the facilities inside the complex, which includes the Mash `n` Barrel pub then you will need passes.

We Cater For 2 Or More Night Breaks, Sorry No Single Nights!

1. A provisional booking will remain firm for a period of five days. A deposit of £75 per week is required to confirm a booking. If the deposit is not received within 5 days then the booking will be cancelled.

2. The outstanding balance must be received 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. In the event of the commencement being less than 8 weeks payment in full is required.

3. A £75 security bond will be added to the balance payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, free of damage and smoke free. All items on the inventory will be checked after departure and any items missing or damaged must be paid for in full. The hirer must inform the owners of any breakages, faults or problems as soon as possible.


1. Notice of cancellation of Caravan booking must be given to the owners in writing as soon as possible but before 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.

2. If you cancel less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date the deposit will be forfeited.

3. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date the following deductions will apply:

a) 6 weeks prior to Caravan Occupation - 25% of hire charge

b) 4 weeks prior to Caravan Occupation - 50% of hire charge.

c) 3 or less weeks prior to Caravan Occupation - 100% of hire charge.

d) If you have paid for your holiday in full but have to cancel for whatever reason, As long as you do so before the 8 weeks deadline you will receive back ALL your money except the £75 non refundable deposit, Your security bond WILL be refunded also.

4. In the event of cancellation the security bond will be returned in full 14 days after cancellation.

5. The Hirer is advised to take out adequate travel insurance to cover losses should there be a need for cancellation due to an insured event beyond the Hirer`s control resulting in financial loss.

6. The owners reserve the right to cancel occupancy without notice. In such an event the Hirer shall be notified as soon as is practical with the Owners liability limited to the value of any payment received from the hirer.


1. The caravan is advertised as 6 berth and should not at any time be exceeded. Only the names on the booking form can stay in the caravan.

1a. All beds have mattress protectors and must not be used without linen and duvet covers on them. There is a laundrette on site if you should need it please use it, Thank you.

1b. On morning of departure please strip all the beds that have been used and leave bedding at foot of beds.

2. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible adults. The Hirer must be 25 years or older and must remain present during the occupancy.

It is a policy of the park that the Caravan cannot be let to:

a) Parties whose members are all under 18 years of age

b) Parties whose members are all young males or all young females. No same sex groups permitted.

3 It is a holiday home for families and responsible adults.

4. We do allow pets for a small price providing the caravan is thoroughly cleaned when vacating.

5. No smoking is allowed inside the Caravan.

The area surrounding the Caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

6. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided and at no time be dried over heaters. Clothes lines are not to be erected.

7. Tents are not allowed on the park.

8. The Park Management or Caravan owners have the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour, or noise level of any party is unacceptable to them or complaints have been received. No money will be refunded in this circumstance.

9 We provide all bedding free of charge! Only things you need to bring are bath towels, we even provide tea towels.

10. Please use the space by the caravan for parking your vehicle, do not park on the grass, especially in the wet.

10a. No bikes to be kept in the caravan at any time.

11. No ball games to be played near to the Caravan

12 The Owner or his representative shall be allowed access to the Caravan at any reasonable time during the occupancy.

13. The site Management and Caravan owners will not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or member of their party.

14. The Caravan is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

15. Please leave the Caravan in the same condition as you found it.

16. If the caravan is damaged in any way or inventory items are missing or damaged then any damage or missing items must be paid for in full.

We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.

We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.

We can not accept any liability whatsoever for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss (including luggage and personal effects), delay, increased expense or any other misadventure being incurred or suffered by clients as a result of the act or default of any company, firm or person concerned with the holiday arrangements. This includes injury sustained by you or any other visitors (invited or not) or for any loss or damage however caused to any property or possessions brought onto the premises with or without permission.

A refundable Security Bond of £75 for bookings will be required for each booking. This is in addition to the hire rates quoted and will be used to replace items or repair any damage caused while the caravan is on let. If the caravan is left in a satisfactory condition this deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of departure. This security bond is included in all holiday bookings.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the caravan, its contents or theft of any items from the caravan during their stay.
In the unfortunate circumstance whereas a dispute between both parties, ourselves (the caravan owners) and yourselves (the paying guests) the police will be involved regardless of outcome and if necessary, resulting in small claims court to recover any losses incurred.

We reserve the right to charge for any repairs or replacements required when the caravan is checked after each booking has departed in addition to retaining your Security Bond.
These booking conditions are in addition to those in the Haven brochure which will also apply to all bookings.
