Our guests often comment on the great location of our caravan, now its even better, there is an additional pedestrian entrance/exit to Willowgrove making accessing the swimming pool, golf and gym facilities even easier, now only a 2 minute walk away - the theme park is approx a 3 minute walk away - Perfect ... Ideal location.

We have recently added a Playstation 2 with a great selection of games for our guests.
Our caravan is a Willerby Westmoreland holiday home, it is 35 x 12ft wide and has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single bedrooms, it is ideally located close to the A Field children's play area on Willowgrove and minutes away from everything else.
We are renting out some of the dates on our privately owned family caravan, please check the calendar for availability has disappeared fast so far this year.
We try to provide plenty to keep you entertained whilst in the caravan - traditional board games, DVD's, TV with DVD player and Freeview, CD player, great selection of kids books and a Playstation 2 gaming console with great games., there is also a seating area outside the caravan.

"Just back from our holidays 10th-17th Sept 2011. Caravan was clean, tidy and well equipped all round, ie music cds, dvds, books also a PS2 with various games so kids were never bored (I had a 13 yr old). Myself and my family had a great holiday all round would recommend caravan to anyone and they won't be disappointed. Well done Joanne for making your caravan a home from home."

" Just back after a second year booking with Joanne. Returned to a spotless caravan that's so well equipped it even had games, dvd and a
Playstation that went down great in the wet days. Caravan couldn't be situated better not to far to walk to park and shop but not to close that its noisy. Booking was a doddle and Joanne updated me everytime I paid money. Brilliant holiday again. Never even got home before I booked for 2012. Can't wait for next year now. "We have had a fantastic week in flamingoland, the caravan was very easy to find and in a good location and only 5 mins from the park entrance. The caravan was very clean and very well equipped, the kids had a great selection of dvds to watch (when they got up to early to go into the park) and we had a view of the nearby play area when the kids went to play of an evening. We made enquiries to a few caravan owners when we first started looking for a holiday and joanne was by far the most helpful and made the whole booking process very easy we would highly recommend her caravan for a great family holiday at flamingoland."

"I found the whole booking experience great Joanne was great and answered all my queries prior to booking. The caravan was ideally situated
close to the main park and all eating establishments which was great for us as we had small children. The caravan itself was lovely very modern
and had all equipment you could need tv, freeview, kettle toasters micowave right down to a computer console with games and books for children
of all ages. I would highly recommend to all family & friends. We had a great stay and would definately use again Thanks from the whole family

"Lovely caravan, and perfectly located! Not too close to the attractions that you're bothered by noise but less than 5 minute walk and you're there. The swimming baths was only 2 minute walk in the opposite direction - it was always empty when we went which was great! Good shop also on site for any shopping that you forget (we found it on the pricey side - but other than that it's good). Joanne has really thought of everything for entertaining the kids before heading off out for the evening. The board games and Playstation came in really handy! :-) The evening entertainment was great for the kids, Phil is brilliant with them (whatever you do, DON'T hand over your mobile phone! Lol). Re-Take That provided good entertainment (the guy who plays Mark has a scary resemblance!) Overall, a lovely week away. Joanne is great, extremely helpful and is only a txt/call away if you need her. I'm hoping to book again for next year but get the whole family to go!

"Just stayed at Joannes caravan for a few days and have got to say in all the years that I have been staying at Flamingoland, (over 20) this has been the cleanest caravan I have stayed in. There was tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning stuff and also 2 keys which made life a lot easier. I received a text from Joanne to let me know when the caravan had been cleaned and ready for us and a follow up text when we left to ask if things were ok. I would highly recommend this caravan and like to thank Joanne for all the little touches which made our break a very welcoming and a positive experience.
We are certainly booking again for next year.
