Easter Weekend 2023 Caravan Holidays

Who isn’t looking forward to Easter weekend 2023 - the extra-long weekend, the weather is starting to get warmer, the gardens are becoming more colourful and we are surrounded by chocolate and hot cross buns! With the Easter holidays just around the corner, why not plan a different one this year and head to one of the UK’s holiday parks to really make the most of some good quality family time?

Last minute Easter Breaks

A last minute break anywhere away from home is an ideal time to reset, recharge your batteries and spend time away from your laptop and the stresses of everyday life. Our many static caravan sites mean that there is always something available to book, no matter how late you leave it. You can also take advantage of any last minute Easter deals and discounts.

Family on the beach

Family time at Easter

Spending time with family at any time of year is invaluable and, as the children get older, you find that they prefer to spend more time with their friends than their family. However, getting them away from their bedrooms and games consoles will see them bond with the rest of the family and you’ll love to see their personalities shine through once again. Pack a picnic (with some of that Easter chocolate, obviously!) and make your way along a coastal walk or up a mountain for the day and really use the time to get to know each other again. If packing the walking shoes isn’t your thing, head to the beach and see who’s brave enough to get in the sea first, or explore all the activities your caravan park has to offer. Not only does time away together make you feel close as a family or a couple, but it can make such a difference to your mental health.

Step away from the device

When we aren’t distracted by laptops, tablets, computers and mobiles, we really begin to reconnect with those around us. When you take a caravan holiday, it’s so easy to get back to basics and really embrace everything that is good about these breaks - enjoy playing board games together, collect shells at the beach, sample the local fish and chips and enjoy time together in the pool. Most of our caravans and caravan sites have wifi, so you don’t need to be totally cut off from the outside world - but perhaps don’t tell the kids that straight away!
