SORRY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER SHORT STAYS, SINGLE NIGHTS/PART WEEKS - our prices are for blocks of 7 night stays only running from Sataurday to Saturday only.
Of course, if you wish to stay for fewer nights during a Saturday to Saturday week period, that is also fine, but the charge and booking will be for 7 nights.
Whether searching for the perfect family holiday, or a relaxing getaway – this little gem offers all the home comforts you could possibly need.
On arrival we provide a small welcome pack consisting of Cornish Tea, Cornish Coffee, Sugar, Milk Cornish Hot Chocolate, Packs of Border Biscuits and a Small bag of Dog Treats.
The caravan is fully equipped to a very high standard, with Freeview TV, DVD player, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, full set of crockery – and kitchen equipment, as well as the usual oven, hob and grill, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer.
We’ve even remembered the hairdryer – but don’t forget your toothbrush!
We do accept family dogs to stay (additional, but reasonable cost to stated price).
It has full central heating in all rooms, double glazing throughout and a gas fire in the lounge.
So no matter the weather, it’s always warm, cosy and comfy!
When you are not out and about enjoying the wonderful scenery, there is a small selection of books, DVD’s and board games on hand to pass the time.
Speaking of comfort – we provide hypo-allergenic pillows and quilts, and all our mattresses have cotton feel waterproof protectors on, all of which are regularly cleaned / changed.
We DO NOT provide sheets, pillow covers, duvet covers, or towels.
You can either bring your own or hire freshly laundered bed linen packs from Harlyn Sands Reception (highly recommended) Please remember your towels!
There is also a lovely, full sized shower room & WC.
A bin liner, sponge scourer and dishcloth is available to you on arrival.
Tea, coffee, sugar and a selection of other warm beverages are also available - we often leave some staple supplies in the cupboards and just ask that you replace what you use, like for like.
Please let us know how many folks will be occupying the caravan during your stay, at the time of booking.
Likewise, if you have a special occasion, or if we can help with any aspect of your stay, please feel free to drop us a line.
We would love to try and help.
You will be given an information pack on arrival / check in - which will give you some key information about the site and surrounding area.
Outside, there is a space for your car.
Sadly, where our van is situated, we we not allowed to erect decking, but there are some nice comfy chairs / picnic blanket for the children, along with some toys, mini sun canopy and windbreaks available.
** Please note ** Park / Swimming passes are available to access the indoor pool / entertainment.
These are purchased directly from the Park when you check in.
You will need to liaise directly with the site about costs / terms and conditions - we do not get involved with this at all.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
We keep the availability calendar, above up to date, so you can check the price and whether the dates you require are available.
The Property is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and we expect it to be left in the same condition before your departure.
The caravan will be available to check in at 3pm on the day of arrival, and the check-out time is 10am.
Park passes are obtainable directly from the Park.
We don't get involved with that side of things :-)

Ideal to use for navigation destination.
N.B: Harlyn Sands has direct access to the coastal path and Harlyn Beach.
The path down to the coast is very close to the the caravan pitch.
