“Another fantastic stay great location onsite culdesac so no one walking past.”

Close enough to club house but not so close it was noisy. Stunning decking with fantastic views. The van has everything you could possibly need and communication and service from Adrian is first class we look forward to our next visit thankyou

“Wow fantastic van, perfect location very clean amazing outdoor seating and great parking.”

Van very well equipped all I would say is if you have young children take plenty of DVDs and games as TV signal onsite is a bit sketchy. Adrian the owner has been brilliant very responsive answering all our questions thank you for a fantastic holiday we can't wait to come back next year

“What can I say apart from what an amazing caravan and great value for money!”

!! Its lovely and spacious with plenty of amenities, its clean, tidy, extremely modern and has a great decking space especially if you have kiddies they can keep safe! It's on a nice private cul de sac with stunning views, you honestly can't get better than this caravan, we've had a lovely time away. Adrian was lovely and very quick to respond if I had any questions before going to the van. We will definitely be booking again thank you Adrian it's been a pleasure.

“This was our second successful visit to ‘White Acres’ and this caravan pitched at plot 403 Oak Forest.”

This caravan was new for 2017 and is still in great condition with no obvious signs of dilapidation; the housekeeping service is very good, the caravan is fresh and clean. Importantly the bedding/laundry service is sharp and clean. (don't forget to bring your own towels). The caravan is tucked away in a large corner area with no through traffic or passing visitors on foot. It is hedged with plentiful trees and laurel hedging. The main large side deck is west facing, the front smaller deck is north facing which draws a cooling breeze throughout the caravan as and required (just open the doors), perfect on a red hot sunny day. We had uninterrupted sunshine throughout our stay, the caravan was comfortable and not stifling hot... Opportunities to improve would be bedside reading lamps, door hooks for robes in the bathroom and en-suite toilet areas... The communication and payment method direct with Adrian was first class. “Thank You”... Also on site: 5 fishing large lakes Convenience shop for essentials... treats, sweets, gifts and toys Launderette, pool complex and amusement area, beauty room Fish & Chip shop, clubhouse bar and grill

“Lovely stay this August.”

Very clean and provisioned caravan in a great location. Parking for two cars was fantastic, great big sofa. Everything was brand new and barely used. Very quiet cul-de-sac and fab decking area with patio set. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely give James or Adrian a call to rebook upon our next visit to White Acres. 10 out of 10.

“JUST RETURNED FROM A 2WEEK STAY IN THIS CARAVAN.”

IT WAS OUR SECOND YEAR STAYING IN THE SAME CARAVAN. HOME FROM HOME. GREAT DECKING AND FURNITURE FOR OUTSIDE DINING. FULLY EQUIPPED FOR A FAMILY WITH YOUNG KIDS. NO GRUMBLES. THE BOOKING PROCESS AND ACCESSING KEY REALLY EASY, ANY QUESTION WE HAD ANSWERED PROMPTLY. WOULD GO BACK AGAIN

“We paid £700 for this caravan in the chestnut forest area (248) as the views from here are stunning.”

The van was of average price but it was not of average standards. When arriving at the caravan the cleaner was leaving having told us she had to spray air freshener everywhere because of the smell. After a few hours once the air fresher smell had started to subside we found out why. One of the small bedrooms stank of urine, also the couch in the living room did too, the carpet smelt and the duvets that were tatty and old also smelt. It was over powering! There was mold around the caravan including on the curtains and one of the lamp shades. Nobody slept a wink that night. We spent Sat afternoon and Sunday buying cleaning products and air fresheners and trying to get rid of the smell, not how I expected to spend the first couple of days of my holiday. Especially being in tears. Fortunately a very kind lady who works there saw how upset and stressed it had made me and managed to get us another van to stay in.Other wise our holiday was ruined. We packed up as quick as we could with 2 young children and then finally unpacked again in a smell free van! To me honesty is the best policy and this was not the case here.We were led to believe the van was in good condition and not informed of the problems and you expect when people take so much money off you that you will get a good service. This was not the case. Just hope it gets sorted before the next family arrives. No refund or compensation for the days lost and extreme stress it caused me and my family was offered. Will not be staying here again.

This caravan for hire is situated on White Acres Holiday Park.

The caravan has great view of the surrounding area.

Plenty of space in the sitting area, flat screen TV.

Lots to do on this site such as fishing also a club with sky TV restaurant, bar, swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, also a well equipped gym for the energetic.

Also the site has Wifi available at a small cost online it has a good coverage around the park up to four devices. Newquay is only a short drive away with a lovely beaches and plenty of shops for the Shopaholics out there.

This caravan is for hire from Saturday to Saturday.

No time wasters please, Thank you. We are now taking bookings for 2023 Please keep your bait in the tackle boxes provided thanks.

We have 2 padlocks for the outside storage boxes one metal & one wooden after your stay could you please bring the padlocks back into the caravan thank you. Please remove muddy shoes & boots before entering our caravan please and no barbecue on the decking all damages or breakages to be reported to Adrian and payed for. This is a new caravan for 2017 now situated on Oak forest on a very popular pitch no 403,It is a very short walk to all site amenities. Entertainment passes are available from reception children under 2 are free.

The Lakeside family club with bar plus live entertainment is open nightly you will need your pass for this. Please no eating in the bedrooms thanks.

Bedding is provided.

No charging of electric cars thanks. Also on site: Well stocked store and bakery Tricks, treats and sweet shop for gifts and toys Launderette and cash machine* Beautician* opposite entrance to park. Chargeable Wi-Fi is now available throughout the park although still free in Polkeris bar areas. Free Wi-Fi is available in the Polkeris bar area. * Chargeable activities

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
