“We loved our stay here.”
The size of the lodge was perfect for us, so much room. We even had an en-suite which we overlooked and it has bath, which was great for bathing our younger one. We are a family of 5, with our youngest being 2 years old. We were provided a bed guard and a high chair, which was amazing! There's a washing machine, iron, ironing table, hair dryer. Everything you need basically to make it a comfortable stay. We did however have some very unpleasant and loud neighbours move in across from us. This put a dampner on things, but we messaged Cheryl and she was straight on the case and helped us get things sorted, thank you for that! Side note, we read that passes for the park weren't checked if you wanted to use the pool or evening entertainment, we can conform this is true. We did purchase ours for the week just in case, but not once did we get asked for them. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend and return. Very pleased!
