The property

Brand new in 2023 our lovely Loire caravan offers open plan living, with full central heating and double glazing, it is cosy and comfortable throughout.

Upon entry, the kitchen offers a full size cooker, integrated full size fridge and freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a full complement of kitchen accessories.

Pot towels, dish cloths and washing up liquid are provided. The large open plan living area has ample seating and a 42” smart TV.

There is also a dining banquette with additional seating stools.

Watching the skies change colour during sunset from the window seat is nothing less than spectacular, a perfect way to end your days on holiday.

Keep your eyes peeled for the wildlife on park, the rabbits come out to play at sunset!! There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twin rooms, each room has a wardrobe and storage space.

Beds will be made up for your arrival. The main bathroom has a full size shower unit, toilet, and vanity unit.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
