The main double bedroom is very spacious with adjoining toilet and sink area with heated towel rail.
There is a large wardrobe, storage wardrobe, bedside cabinets, overhead storage with a large well-lit dressing table with hair dryer and smart tv.
A travel cot with mattress is available free of charge on request.
For little ones there is also a baby dining seat, high chair, changing mat and bouncy recliner chair.
In the second bedroom you will find 2 single beds, with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage.
All bedrooms have radiators have control valves with an additional booster fan heating system controlled from the main bedroom.
All bed linen is provided and the twin beds can also be converted to a 4’6” double.
There are thermal and blackout curtains in both bedrooms for comfort.
The living room has an electric wall feature fire, radiator with control valve, reading light and a fan heater.
There is a 32" smart, flat screen TV, along with a 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa, which converts into a small double sofa bed.
There is also a coffee table with two footstools.

French doors lead to the patio area and there is outside lighting to the patio and side.
The decking, when sunny is in full sunshine from left to right throughout the day.
USB sockets and a charging station for phones and tablets along with our own private wi-fi system.
There is a modern shower room with a shaver socket, cupboard, large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen.
For the younger ones, we have a stroller chair, bouncy chair, high chair, bed guard and travel cot with mattress.
There is a selection of games and books and a large selection of Dvd's for the older ones.
There are buckets and spades, football and a frisbee.
All prices include park passes which are £55 for 2-to-7-night stays for up to 6 guests and compulsory to be onsite.
Passes must be carried at all times for use of the swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the entertainment club.

Our caravan is our home from home and therefore has loads of extras you can use.
As well as bedding linen and towels on request, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, sanitiser gel, hand soaps, tissues, shampoo and conditioner are available to use.
There is also a supply of coffee, tea bags and sugar.
Please remember to bring beach/swimming towels if needed.
All we ask is that you take care of our holiday home and leave it as you find it and have a wonderful time.

A seasonal open top sightseeing bus runs from the Park to Paignton, Torquay Harbour to Babbacombe Theatre and Model Village now operates until 31 August 2024 following bus service reductions.

Shopping – Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburys and Asda are close together at the top of the hill, approx. 1 mile.
Morrisons is next to Paignton Zoo and Tesco Metro and Express are in Paignton centre.
Local beaches – Goodrington, Paignton, Broadsands.
Coastal paths in both directions.
Short walk to Goodrington Quay West Water Park.
Dartmouth Steam Railway runs from Paignton Station to Dartmouth.
Vue cinema at Paignton sea front costs from £4.99.
A Merlin cinema is now open in Torquay.
There are also plenty of fishing trips and many other excursions available.
Shows are at Princess Theatre in Torquay, Palace theatre in Paignton and also Babbacombe Theatre.
Kents Cavern, Brixham, Paignton Zoo,
the Leisure centre and Velopark are a 10 minute walk.
Clennon Lakes and nature trail are situated outside the bottom end of the park.
Torbay Golf centre and driving range is situated at the entrance to the park.
