The property

Welcome to our well appointed premium + caravan on the award winning park Hoburne Devon Bay. Holly (our caravan) is situated close enough to the clubhouse for convenience but far enough away to remain peaceful.

The property is located in an idyllic position to take advantage of the outstanding views of the bay.

If its action you want then Hoburne has plenty to offer, indoor and outdoor pools, soft play and play parks, mini golf, day time and night time entertainment.

Just download the Hoburne app from your app store, you can order your food , drinks and check out what's going on.

Passes are included in the holiday price. If your adventurous, then Goodrington beach is an easy 15min stroll and you will be located between the English Riviera towns of Torquay and beautiful Brixham, while Dartmoor is but a short drive. Holly comprises of: Master bedroom with luxury king size bed, en suite with bathtub, built in vanity area complete with blow dryer and 32” smart TV. Twin bedroom with 2 full size single beds, built in wardrobe and small TV.

It is also enjoined to the master bathroom. Master bathroom with large shower, sink Toilet. Fully equipped kitchen Lounge with 2 couches 50” smart TV and sound bar, Xbox 360/DVD player. If chilling and relaxing is on the list, the property is fully double glazed and centrally heated, so just kick back enjoy yourself and have the holiday of your choice. Linen Hire is available.

Situated in the centre of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of South Devon's premier seaside resorts.
