Welcome to Bliss on the Bay, our home from home retreat which is situated on the Park Holidays Waterside Coastal Country Park in Goodrington.

Our lovely holiday home is sited on an elevated position overlooking the area and taking in the Sunshine/Sunset and tranquility of the area.
The well known steam train runs along the edge of the site and can be viewed from the decking area, at Christmas it is completely covered in lights.
We have a designated parking space below the villa marked a PLOT M.
There are a number of Electric Charging Points for vehicles provided in reception area.
Steps then lead up from the parking area to the holiday home where a couple of Steps then lead up with a safety gate to a large decking area
The decking is surrounded by smoked glass which wraps around from the front to the side to ensure full sun or shade and where there is an outdoor dining table seating up to 6 for Alfresco dining or Breakfast in the morning as easy access to the kitchen.
The decking can be accessed through sliding doors off the lounge area which in the eves above has outside lighting with a sofa and chairs to enjoy relaxation and maybe a glass or two.
The villa itself is very well furnished and has everything you need to ensure a relaxing holiday having 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and dressing table with en-suite bath and shower over and Bath mat.
The Travel Cot is located in the walk in wardrobe if required and will fit by the window or by the radiator this accommodates an infant from birth on the top level and up to 3 years on the base.
Instructions for putting together are in the folder.
The 2nd bedroom has full size twin beds with a wardrobe and small TV.
Bathroom 2 has a walk in shower and Bath mat.
The 5th Bed is a fold down chair in the Lounge area.
The bedding is under the main bedroom bed.
The kitchen incorporates:
Washing Machine
Gas oven and Hob
Large Fridge Freezer
Tassimo Coffee machine (pods available in the on site shop)
Cafetière, Teapot
Kettle, Toaster
Place settings for 6 including Glasses
Outdoor Melamine dining Sets for the younger guests
All Cookware including steamer pan set.
A tall cupboard houses the small ironing board, iron and airer.
Coat hooks, broom, and a mop.
Plus hooks for your furry friends leads and towel , plus water bowls for your use if you have forgotten them.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs but there is also a breakfast area with 2 adjustable chairs.
The lounge has a Smart TV, DVD player, Radio, Electric fire for the colder evenings, Corner sofa with coffee table, Foot stool and armchair.
Sliding doors lead onto the decking area.
The holiday home has full double glazing and central heating.
The Bed Linen will be provided and made up for your arrival, as will the bath mats, tea towels and oven gloves plus washing up accessories.
A welcome pack will be here to help with your initial arrival to include tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries and toilet roll.
We ask that you provide your own Bath /Hand / Beach Towels & Pet Throws.
Up to two small /medium furry babies may accompany you on your holiday for an additional fee of £25 per dog and must be mentioned at the time of your enquiry.
Please contact me before booking if you are not sure if your pet qualifies, for consideration.
Please could we ask that you bring covers for the sofas if they are used to cuddles.
Although we would prefer that pets do not use the sofa, you might want to bring their own towel as well.
We have provided an outside tap if required for their little paws at the bottom of the steps to the decking.
This ensures that everyone can enjoy the villa without problems.
There is also a small grassed area adjacent to the decking.
Please ensure your pet isn't left unattended for long periods especially if your dog is a Big Talker, and must be kept on a lead around the site area.
Dogs are allowed into designated areas of the bar area up until 9pm in the evening which is when the entertainment starts and will understandably be noisier.
Evening meals are served until 8pm and breakfast/ lunch is available.
The waterside inn (walkable) is just up the road which does really nice meals and is also dog friendly.
Great dog friendly Bistro/cafe in Brixham on the seafront called the Breakwater Bistro.
The park has a small play area for children, a launderette (where you can also find leaflets and maps of things to do in the area).
The indoor heated Pool and Jacuzzi is available and can be booked at an additional cost available from the reception area and where you can also find a small selection of grocery’s..
On The Park site there is a picnic area where you can excercise your dog, the views go across to Torquay and Brixham and a footpath that leads in two directions, a steep walk up Sugar loaf hill and on to Goodrington Sands with a couple of coves to explore on the way.
At Goodrington there is surfboard and paddle board hire or lessons if you would like them.
Also a waterpark with slides etc is located here.
They also have a car park if you prefer to drive.
The other footpath at the park leads to Broadsands which is also a beach area.
Costa, McDonald’s, KFC and Beefeater are a 5 min drive away.
In the same vercinity is The Range, Farmfoods, Sainsburys, Lidl etc.

Site Policy: Dogs must not be left unattended.
The Holiday home is non smoking including vapes / e” cigarettes.
Candles and other naked flames (including chip pans and BBQs are not permitted inside the home or on the Decking.
Fire extinguisher and Fire Blanket is sited in the kitchen area.
