“This is the first time we have stayed at Trelawne Manor holiday park and in this caravan but both were excellent.”

We have a dog and a young child and the caravan was clean, tidy and comfortable. I messaged the owner before coming to the site and they were very happy to answer the questions that I had, it really made it easier having that contact before hand! We had a fab holiday at a great place, thank you!

Only 2 things can be complained about, the first is no Internet but can live with that the second is that the cooker is falling apart how it passed a safety check I will never know, that being said is the second time I've stayed in the same van this year so as long as you eat out its fine

“We've just had a short holiday/break in this caravan in Looe.”

Its been our first experience of staying in this type of accommodation. We found the booking process to be very straightforward, and the queries we had were answered very quickly and fully by the caravan owner. We found our accommodation to be an older model caravan, but it was immaculately clean, tidy, was well presented, and was well equipped. The only slight gripe we had, was it would have been useful to know in the booking confirmation email, as first timers, that we would need to bring our own toilet rolls and washing up liquid and tea towel etc, as, after a long drive down to the lovely well maintained site, we all got out of the car fairly desperate to use the loo, and the on site shop was shut. A run down of the shops opening hours, site policy for booking time in the pools, and things like that would have been useful. We'll know for next time, as we are already planning a return visit and would happily book the same caravan again. All in all, we had a wonderful time , in a beautiful location.

“This caravan is situated on a lovely site , such a shame the caravan on arrival was not as clean as we would have liked , the microwave was very dirty inside and the double bedroom had lots of dead fly's , and everything you put in the fridge froze even when we turned it down to the lowest setting , that said we enjoyed our holiday , very friendly site.”

Fantastic value caravan in a great location , spotlessly clean , great veranda with locking gate so ideal for our 2 dogs to stay outside , main bedroom was huge with its own en suite - thanks greg for a great holiday - hopefully be back soon

“Very reasonably priced for the time of year we went.”

extremely well kept and spotlessly clean. Caravan was far above our expectations very spacious with an ensuite to the main bedroom. The site was so children friendly and the kids entertainment was 10/10 2 heated swimming pools 30/31 degrees. We will definitely be returning again.

The Caravan is a 2011 willerby salsa very spacious, with a separate toilet and sink in the master bedroom.

It's on a nice quiet plot. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS The park is great for all the family and the facilities are great with a heated indoor and outdoor pool.

The site has excellent night entertainment for the kids and the adults and you're bound to have a laugh if you don't want to stay on site all day you can go on a walk or you can relax by the fishing lake The park is built in the grounds of a 15 century manor house and has plenty of open space, and excellent facilities.

you can walk with family and friends around the park and take in fresh air.

you can hang out in the indoor or outdoor pool with a flume both pools are heated.

you can play games such a tennis, crazy golf, and table tennis.

All free of charge.

For the less energetic there is an internet cafe and amusement arcade, or you can sit in the lovely quiet bar open all day.

About the location

LOOE

Polperro 5 miles.

Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port and hence there is always a lively maritime bustle around the quay area of East Looe, which is connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe. You can also catch the river taxi between East and West Looe. East Looe has narrow cobbled streets, twisting alleyways and plenty of tourist shops, whilst West Looe has a lovely outlook across the harbour. Looe’s viewpoint, Banjo Pier, can be reached from the quay and is a great spot to watch the returning fishing trawlers and look across the bay to Looe Island, which can be walked to occasionally at very low tides. The sandy Looe beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families because of its safe shallow swimming and vast expanse of sand. There is also a great rock pool area at Hannafore that children will love. West Looe has a Heritage Centre that recently opened in the Old Sardine Factory with a climbing wall and a cafe and the delightful Kilminorth Woods have way marked walks through the majestic oak wood, rich in plant, insect and bird life. Apart from beach activities in this part of south east Cornwall, there are many mining remains on Bodmin Moor and in the Tamar Valley and much of the mining landscape has World Heritage status. This area of Cornwall has inspired writers, such as Daphne du Maurier and much of Bodmin Moor has inspired legends linked with King Arthur. There is much to explore in this beautiful part of Cornwall.
