“Had 2 lovely weeks in this caravan which is in a stunning location.”

Gorgeous sea views in a quiet area of the park and right on the coastal path. The van itself was clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to book again .

The view absolutely stunning! & very close to the Coastal Path. We would definitely return. Lovely site too with plenty on offer when purchasing a Haven pass, well worth it!

“Arrived to find van not cleaned,We spent a couple of hours cleaning.”

But then found that we were wasting our time. Whilst owner listing says 'no pets', That is a rule for guests and not the owner. I raised this with owner/manager who justified it as; Advert doesnt say anything about 'owners' pets. I pointed out that if someone says 'no smoking' I wouldnt expect nicotine smelling furnishings and ashtrays stored under sink. Thats where conversation ended. Dont expect cleanliness, and dont expect anyone to do anything about it. Would recommend for guests with a dog. Weather was good so thankfully spent a lot of time out and about. Devon was beautiful as always.

This mini lodge also boasts, dishwasher, washing machine and ensuite bath, sink and toilet to main bedroom with kingsize bed to mention just a few. LOUNGE - Luxurious freestanding sofas with large footstall, electric fire, mirror and tv unit with television and DVD player. KITCHEN - Open plan to lounge with beautiful freestanding wooden dining table and 4 fabric chairs.

Gas 5 burner hob, grill and oven.

Also has an integrated microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

All utensils, cutlery and crockery is provided for your use. MASTER BEDROOM - Luxurious kingsize bed, dressing table area and doorway leading to walk in wardrobe with wardrobes, mirror and shelving unit.

This then leads into the beautiful luxury ensuite bath with shower, toilet and sink.

Duvets and pillows are provided for your use but you must take sheets and duvet covers and pillows cases etc.
