Luxury Platinum 3 Bedroom Top Spec Caravan to hire on the 5* Haven Devon Cliffs Caravan Site.
Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to fully enclosed gated veranda with patio table and chairs.
We are child friendly and we can supply at no additional cost if needed, a high chair, travel cot and child's plastic plates, bowls and cups etc, we do also supply for your use whilst at the caravan several DVDs.
Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools and gas fire.
Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan.
All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans.
Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.
Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs.
Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed, also ensuite wc and sink.
2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds.
Sleeps 8 in total using bed settee in lounge.
All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.
Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost if required.
Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.
Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet.
Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with closeable and lockable gate.
Situation - The caravan is situated in a very quiet area of Devon Cliffs, near the end of a cul de sac so no through traffic and is very quiet and great for children.
There is a lot of grassy area outside the caravan allowing space for playing outside, again great for children.
There are also a number of small play parks near the caravan which my children thoroughly love.
