“We arrived home today, we had a lovely weekend, the caravan was amazing, absolutely spotlessly clean, and have little upgrades that make it that little more homely, the only thing I would suggest as no fault of yours as your probably not aware the tin opener don't work, but we had friends there so used there's lol.”

We have stayed many times at Haven sites but this is the first time using a private caravan. We could not have wished for a better stay! The caravan was very clean and felt like a home from home. The position of the caravan was fantastic meaning we could relax with a sea view each evening on the wrap around terrace. There were cleaning products, a vacuum, air fresheners, and a range of kitchen utensils which were all great additions. We will definitely be returned to this caravan in the future!

“We had a great 4 day stay in this clean and very well equipped caravan.”

The beds were made ready for our arrival, there were towels, toilet rolls and even cleaning supplies provided! (We’ve always had to bring our own at other caravans) The location was great, close to all the amusements, shops and food outlets. But far away to not have any disturbances. I would highly recommend this caravan (it has a private parking space right outside too!) Communication with the owner was 10/10. We would 100% return. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely caravan, our whole family loved it :-)

“I didn’t receive the code to access the key beforehand meaning I had to call the owner whilst sitting in my car with tired children after a long journey.”

He didn’t pick up the first time.The owner was rude and he spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, making me feel uncomfortable. My stay was already ruined after the phone call. He has held on to half of my security deposit for “food all over floor” which in reality was just a normal cleaning job, run over with a hoover . In the explicit instructions on how to leave the caravan there was no mention on leaving the caravan spotless or cleaning before I left. However I followed all the instructions I found on my text message. In the pictures attached by the owner on the claims system as evidence of charging me £50 extra “for the cleaning” you can clearly see that it was nothing out of the norm. The owner doesn’t respect their guests. The caravan was well respected and it is not acceptable to be charged any extra money for a normal cleaning job.

“Just got back from a wonderful 4 night stay in this caravan in May half term.”

2 adults and 3 children age 14, 12 and 2. The caravan was in a great location near the main complex but it wasn’t noisy at night time. It was clean, spacious, smelled lovely on arrival and had the added bonus of a dishwasher ! Plenty of cups, bowls, plates and glasses and seating for everyone. We’ve stayed at Devon Cliffs for 8 years running now and this is definitely one of the better caravans we’ve stayed in. The only additions I can think of are having a highchair, travel cot and an airer to dry clothes ???? We will definitely come and stay again, thanks for a lovely break. Shelley, Will and the kids xx

We stayed in this beautiful caravan for 3 nights, when we arrived we noticed we had no heating or hot water, we phoned the owner and this was easily rectified within 20 minutes and gas bottles changed, the caravan is so close to everything it's a perfect location, it was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely and fresh, it had everything you need, the bedding and towels smelt fresh, we would highly recommend

“Our family had an amazing stay in this lovely caravan.”

It was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing when we first arrived. Unfortunately my husband got tonsillitis just as we arrived but the caravan felt very homely and comfortable that he soon started to feel better. The beds were comfortable and the whole caravan was very well equipped. The owner was very quick to respond to our messages and queries too . We are already missing that gorgeous sea view. Overall great stay and we hope to come again next year. Highly recommended!!! ?????

“Fantastic well situated 3 bed caravan.”

A very modern & comfortable static caravan. More than enough space and a great decked area also with great views of the sea in the distance. Less than a two minute stroll to the main centre/pool area etc and a nice downhill walk to the stunning beach area. A fantastic 4 day stay and will definitely look to book this accommodation when staying at Devon cliffs Haven again in the future.

“Caravan spacious.”

No mobile phone signal or 3G/4G/5G. Very faint useless WiFi connection from the site. The mattress in the double room was very uncomfortable. We honestly couldn’t wait to get back home just for a good night sleep (we left early on Friday morning). Contacted owner about the WiFi while in the caravan who was slow to reply, then didn’t respond to my follow up email. Mornings there were a few Ants on the dining table and seating area. Finally, every time we headed back to the caravan we would collapse from exhaustion as it was so hilly.
