The property

Our Platinum 6/8 berth caravan situated on the Haven Flagship site at Devon Cliffs in Exmouth, situated on a very desirable location in the park, area of The Spruces , close to the beach and close to the facilities. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, and dining sets Everything you will need. We have a TV in the lounge and a TV in the main bedroom,. Our caravan is fully double glazed and centrally heated, and also benefits from a gas fire in the lounge, keeping you toasty. There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom - perfect for the larger families, and when the kids take ages in the shower, you have a separate toilet.

Duvets and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired directly from ourselves or bring your own. , please note colour décor may differ slightly as this is a privately owned van and additional touches are added by owners We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday and instructions.

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar Please note - we are a self catering accommodation only BOOKING TERMS We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area.

Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests, we do not accept pets and we do not allow smoking or vaping 3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday, 4 night stay, Monday- Friday, 7 night stay, Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 8, any guests over the amount of 6, the sofa bed will need to be used in the lounge area INSURANCE We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for injury/cancellation purposes

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
