“Spent 4 nights in early June.”

Fairly last-minute booking once we realised weather would be good. Chose this one as appeared to be close to the beach / sea and wasn't disappointed with the location. A previous comment mentioned dogs could have stayed here in the past but no sign of this at all and caravan was clean and had everything we would need. Would not hesitate in using this caravan and indeed company again. Marks awarded are related to the price we paid

Cosy, home from home feel, powerful and hot shower, everything we needed utensils wise, kids kept entertained with the board games and console. WiFi has been great. Will be booking again for next year. Thank you Kirsten.

Loved the Winnie the pooh theme. There was everything you could want in the caravan to make the stay a pleasant one. The views out to sea from the front window were spectacular. Would definitely book again

“We stayed here for a long weekend.”

Location was great, right by the beach and park/beach cafe, and not too far to walk to complex. The van had games and buckets and spades for the kids to use which they loved. The van is an older style so as long as people aren't expecting a flashy modern one you will be fine, but it has everything you need and has a homely feel. The decking was lovely to watch out over the sea

“Wow what can I say?”

This is a beautiful caravan. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews for this caravan however upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the caravan and the view is amazing. The location is great just a stones throw from the beach and a short 4/5 mins walk to the complex. The caravan is of an older spec but what I class as a traditional caravan holiday. It does look like there has been a lot of work put into the caravan after reading the reviews, we noticed plug sockets updated, new items in the caravan, kettle toaster etc. its the little things for me that show this caravan is loved. Pet friendly was also a bonus my dogs loved the decking and we made sure they stayed off the furniture We noticed from previous reviews the shower was cracked however it appears to of been repaired and not a problem at all. We've stayed in a few caravans over the years but have to say this is one of the best homely caravans coupled with the location and views we had the best time and the communication was fab thank you for a great holiday. Definitely have the holiday blues now!! We will be returning Thank you so much

“Not impressed, caravan was dirty , old , smelt, oven dirty, needs completely updating.”

Owner/agent never answered phone, until Haven phoned her. Pictures on site are false to what van looks like, Owner offered a £50 refund which we are still waiting for. Will not ever use this owner/agent again.

“Would absolutely not recommend in the slightest, from day 1 has been nothing but disappointment.”

Caravan condition was horrific upon arrival. Dog hairs on table, dirt, broken facilities such as cracked shower and stained yellow this wasn’t shown in the advertisement otherwise we never would’ve booked. Contacted Kirsten who was unhelpful and had a bad attitude from the offset. Had to go to haven to get moved to a different accommodation which was made out to be higher spec but was very basic. Received rude messages from Kirsten throughout our stay, accused of sneaking back into previous caravan and neighbours apparently taking pictures of me and my young children but when asked would not share these with me. Now false accusations being made to avoid paying back deposit. DO NOT BOOK!! SCAMMERS. If I could rate 0 I would.

“This caravan has all you need for a base to explore Devon.”

It was well presented and has been well loved. It was clean and today and we were very comfortable. The view from the front window is amazing and very tranquil. Some nice walks if you have a dog and you can go in the bar above the beach. Would definitely recommend and return if we are that way again.

3 bedroom deluxe model pet-friendly caravan on Apple Grove with sea views just 3 rows back from the beach.

Ideal location 2 minutes to the beach, 5-6 minutes to complex, is available to hire.

Full central heating.

Large decking to enjoy the views and alfresco dining. It is well maintained, and a full inventory can be found in the caravan, ensuring you have the best holiday.

It is well-loved and cared for by its private owner.

We are child-friendly and will find lots of added extras such as a high chair, travel cot and bed guard for your use.

The owners also provide for your enjoyment several games and books. Lounge - There is a large sofa in the lounge and also 2 arms chairs, electric fire, TV and coffee table. Kitchen - Fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan.

All utensils are provided, including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Dining Area - Freestanding table with dining chairs. Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed.

The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed.

Sleeps up to 8.

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds, but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases unless the linen option is purchased. Bed linen is not provided, but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at a small additional cost if required. Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc. Shower room - Fully fitted shower and wash basin.

Toilet room - Toilet and wash basin. Situation - The caravan is situated on Apple Grove, has sea views and is only 3 rows back from the beach, so a great location only a 2-minute walk to the Beach and a 5-6 minute walk to the complex. This caravan is pet-friendly. The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan, and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday, so no queuing at reception.

Check-in is 3pm and check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. THE PRICE FOR THE BREAK IS ACCOMMODATION ONLY AND DOESN'T INCLUDE HAVEN SITE PASSES.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
