The caravan has sea views of the gorgeous Devon coast from the kitchen and lounge and a large decking area with furniture where you can relax and take it all in.

The decking continues along the side of the caravan with a secure gate before the three steps that go down to the grass.

There is enough space next to the caravan for 2 cars.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction.
